I really emphasize eating good nutritious food especially, because there are times where I feel very frustrated and down, but it is because I hadn't had a good meal, then I eat and everything feels better! Overall, I truly do agree with all the seven statements you shared, I feel like they are very essential to improving oneself!!
A good meal can change your whole day from sour to great. Lately I’ve been eating venison and Gouda on ritz crackers and I’ve never had a better snackz
