I think that may be some of it. I think she’s also been trying really hard to limit the amount of time the cameras are in their house and capturing normal or natural moments with the kids. This isn’t new-back in the Vegas seasons, you see everyone else’s homes and kids way more than hers. Now that there aren’t other local sisterwives to host the camera crews, Coyote Pass has become her preferred stage for shooting. And the ownership issues are a mechanism for having a storyline that doesn’t dig too deep into how things actually are in her home.
I don’t care why she was attached to Coyote Pass, she made no financial contribution to it whilst living in a mansion. She cabs cry a river about wanting to sit on a porch with her sister wives but she wouldn’t even let the sister wives visit and had very little to do with them other than taking their hard earned money.

This is the first I've heard that Robyn's stepfather was instrumental in them purchasing Coyote Pass. Where I don't think your theory will work out is when Janelle and Meri get attorneys involved. Then it will become a legal battle, and Kody will not have the power to control the division of the property. Also, Arizona law because Kody and Robyn are married will see them only as one; and the property could end up being divided three ways.

As of a couple days ago, all the parcels in the Coyote Pass are only in Kody and Robyn’s names. There are no available deeds to view the transfer. 2 parcels are in both Kody and Robyn’s name, 1 in just Kody’s name, and 1 in just Robyn’s name. Interesting that the deeds aren’t showing up though in the public record or referenced on the tax card to know if there was a purchase price involved🤔

This is the first I've heard that Robyn's stepfather was instrumental in them purchasing Coyote Pass. Where I don't think your theory will work out is when Janelle and Meri get attorneys involved. Then it will become a legal battle, and Kody will not have the power to control the division of the property. Also, Arizona law because Kody and Robyn are married will see them only as one; and the property could end up being divided three ways.

That will never happen. Kody and Robyn legally own the majority, and it’s not likely that any judge is going to change the names on the deeds (legal ownership). The fact that it’s January 2025 and nothing has been filed with the court yet tells me they just don’t have a case. If JnM push things legally, they can only go after what’s legally theirs, which excludes the largest lot. Kody has them completely by the balls. 😡
No matter what the reasons, if Meri and Janelle hire some good attorneys I hope they are able to get what is fairly due to them.

My initial inclination was that if they want the TLC Money, then they need to keep something that they are all tied to. It’s a pretty simple view, but it’s something I can see them ALL agreeing on. Keep the land = curated drama for tv = more TLC money for everyone.
Kody and Robyn are in trouble if Meri and Janelle play hardball. Robyn committed fraud by signing a document saying this isn’t a joint asset and she put no money towards Coyote Pass. As of a couple days ago, all the parcels in the Coyote Pass are only in Kody and Robyn’s names. There are no available deeds to view the transfer. 2 parcels are in both Kody and Robyn’s name, 1 in just Kody’s name, and 1 in just Robyn’s name. Interesting that the deeds aren’t showing up though in the public record or referenced on the tax card to know if there was a purchase price involved🤔
