  • I've made this TH-cam tutorial to walk you through my exact method for securing those pesky yarn tails on solid granny squares. The beauty of my technique is that it applies to multiple colour squares as well! The only difference is that with colour changes, you'll have shorter distances to weave in your ends since you'll be switching colours more frequently.

Thank you, Marta! I love seeing that -- it is so much faster than the way I have been doing it. So many people say never knot, but then you think -- do I really want to make all of those squares!??? I like that you've done it for so long and it has worked for you!!

Glad it's useful for you Michele! I guess we all have to find what works for us. As long as it's definitely a reef knot, it shouldn't come undone! ☺️

Looks super easy- I gave up my attempts at crocheting in favour of knitting 40 + years ago because of all the loose ends!
