Gerald you do amazing work! This motor is going to sing for a long time. I did a DOD delete on a gen 4 block a few years ago and when I torqued the heads I used ARP head studs and MLS gaskets. I did 3 passes to 80 ft. LBS. The next day I went over them again and I had 4 of them that had loosen or stretched more than the rest. I torqued them all again and have been fine since. Not sure why but some other guys have seen that also. Not sure if you have or not. Keep up the amazing work.
Always nice to watch Mr. Brand work on the Motor. I noticed there is a certain way to tighten the bolts on head, inside to outside. Is this right ? 🤔 Creating own special tools to make your work easier and faster is so Amazing ! 😊👍
Thanks Mr Brand on all the information you shared with us during this build. She turned out very nice can’t wait to see what it makes and your teaching on how to get all of it. God Bless everyone who donated to make this happen.
I like the picture of Shane’s Vega on the wall in the background i remember the episode where you built his all aluminum motor and he ended up wrecking it in the same episode which sucked Shane seems like a really good guy
Gerald what kind of oil was that you soaked the rocker arms in? Don't remember seeing green oil before. I enjoy your videos, always love seeing it done "that certain way"...
See this is a true engine builder you can tell he takes pride in his work🇺🇸 👍🏻🇺🇸
Bad Ass👍🏁

Beautiful work my friend. And great insight on the valve adjustment. Can't wait for that video.
Thanks for the video. That's a good-looking engine. Can't wait to hear it run.
