    I found an air chisel removes the roll pins causing the least amount of stress on the shafts on the rest ends. Hitting with hammer and punch is a bit more stress on old parts. Great video

    Atv connection u joints have the grease fitting on one cup instead of the middle of u joint. They fit great using the oem u joint c clips instead of ones it comes with. I've been using them on all my units. Best joints for the price and easiest u joints to grease. Great video. Ive Subbed up

    After years of mud and water i couldn't keep in the roll pins no longer so i uses Grade 5 blots a nut and lockwasher.

    I tried after market greasable U joints greased them relegously and they didnt last any longer

      On this model the rear u joint number is 2202015(Polaris)
      PROP-P-003-UJA(superatv)

      thanks for the info i got one more question my quad is an 800 sportsman and it has the prop shaft that doestn have the center pin it is the one piece that is welded toguether so maybe i jave to remove the rear differential any ideas

    Run it till it falls out owned a Polaris shop 40 years I have seen almost all the stupid stuff.
