If you’re looking into it - give it a fair chance and go test drive one, the interior is very solid despite what some people are saying online. I came from BMWs and Volvos don’t feel the quality is any less - and this mini is made in Germany!
Love my new 2 door hatchback Mini Cooper S. Just got it today in Sunnyside Yellow with beige interior and all the bells and whistles! A few things I miss from my previous version (like chrome handles), but the interior in beige sells the car 100%. Just can't get my personal pics to load onto my Mini experiences - they are in the App, but I can't add them with the PLUS button. Any help?? Thanks!
I got my countryman last May, and absolutely love it. I have a question I am in the US and my car is the iconic trim with confort max plus but my car doesn’t have the personal mode? Is this feature available in the US?

Hello, I placed an order for my Mini Countryman electric vehicle from the authorized Mini dealer in Ankara, Turkey, on July 13, 2024, and purchased it on July 27, 2024. My vehicle arrived without ambient lighting and the eight driving modes (4VF). I have been negatively affected due to the incomplete information provided about this issue. Could you please advise me on the technical steps I can take to have this equipment added to my vehicle?
I found the personal section in the app and it says my photo was successfully updated. But it still shows nothing in my car? How do you get the personal mode to show up in the car itself?

My car unfortunately does not have the 6 different ambience modes and also the sound of the car is fixed, no chooseable options for the car sounds :( - can you please help if I share with you the VIN number of my car? So can I add this update package manually by myself or should I go to the car service?

It offers the ability to customize the background of your display with up to three personal pictures. Personal Mode will become available in July via Remote Software Update." July might have been pushed to August.
If you have a MINI with the new Operating System 9, then you can upload your own image to the display through Personal Mode. To do this, you must have the "MINI Experience Modes" add on package (SA4VF), which will allow you to upload an image of your own. We hope that helps!
