Blake Anderson is drumming on the new album from Hammers of Misfortune. Not my music, but the drumming is great as ever! And I agree, I guess Vektor couldn't have found a better guy for the drums.
@@MaYstruction I've heard it. It's not my cup of tea either but Blake still has it. Speaking of former Vektor members: if you haven't already, check out Frank's current band Daeva and their recently released sophomore "Through Sheer Will And Black Magic". It's insane.
great to have caught you live finally! And even with a broken tube amp, small crowd and a little bit missing enthusiasm on the audience side... I still really enjoyed every second of it. bands who play live almost note for note like the record always impress me and everyone in this band delivers.
This is amazing. I'm trying to learn this song right now and it's a pain in the ass with all the little details and fills. Which song would you say is the hardest to nail consistently?
@@mikeohlsondrummer1739 I imagine they will. But hint me on this though. Is the new album gonna be a big concept album like Terminal Redux? i could see the story fron Hunger For Violence being a good spot to turn into a full on concept album
Great playing! It's really interesting how your blasts have sort of a flammy feel rather than being totally straight, and it's consistent which is key! Is that something you do intentionally? Think it was George Kollias who talked about pushing his blasts a bit ahead of the beat to make them more aggressive or something
The left hand and feet are supposed to alternating as on the record, not together. It’s not as evenly spaced of a 16th note as I’d like, but that’s just the nature of it being the first song and live I guess.
I was at the recent Glasgow show. Fantastic. He is an unsung hero. Played so effortlessly, perfectly and didn’t break a sweat.
You are a machine. Not as in lifeless, but super tight and controlled. Greatly enjoyed the Dortmund gig.
Totally insane.
Ur awesome.
I hope one day i can see vektor here in brazil. Nice record, very good drummer.
Awesome! I was at the Dortmund show, great job!
Hopefully I get to see you guys in Guatemala someday
Your predecessor was great but so are you. You're nailing it.

@@IsoSubject5 I have not and thank you very much!
I love this band. Best wishes for you, guys.

Great drumming! Thanks for the two videos. Now we need a proper live DVD from the tour ;-)
actually insane
thank you for uploading
Amazing as usual! You play so relaxed, showing great musicianship and technique. Keep up the great and inspiring work, man!

So far out of the ones I’ve learned I think LCD stresses me out the most lol
Will Vektor do a North American tour after this? would love to see em play in NC one of these days. Also, your drumming is awesome bro
We would love to I’ve venues will have us! The plan when we get home is to finish the new album and go from there.
