I'm a bit worried about doing unsupervised yoga due to injuries. Is it still safe to follow? I am really keen on delving into the world of Forrest Yoga!
I do Yoga at home from TH-cam sometimes. I have quite extensive leg and foot injuries. Having attended supervised Yoga classes, I remember what the teachers have taught me - how to adapt poses to be safe. If anything doesn't feel right I don't do it, and I am very mindful of my injuries. Hope this helps!
Hi, I would seek a Forrest Guardian and take classes. There are basic moves in Forrest yoga you will need. They can also give you modifications for any of the asanas. Forrest yoga helped me in so many profound ways--good luck! :)
