JL is on FIRE!!! What really amazes me is how this group started, all shy but now they look so confident. It really makes a whole lot of difference when they work as a team. They see each other as motivation and their mentor gives them a lot of great feedback. I hope they debut as a group! Team Rhythm all the way! ❤ JL fighting!
JL is the backbone of this team. He's an amazing singer, dancer, and rapper, and he's a born leader. His stage presence is just incredible. I'm freaking out about the trade rumors. If he leaves, it'll definitely mess up the team's chemistry.
The Steven-JL-Juwon-zhang shuaibo combo is very sonically dynamic. Their vocals are all in different ranges so they complement each other but keep their voices distinct. Like i can pick each voice out in a song and the switch up keeps the song exciting. I hope this combo stays till the end!
JL is bringing that feeling of enjoyment while performing that's typical in Ppop. Those little interactions with the members in the middle of the performance just brings that feel good vibe.
JL Steven Juwon are the three strongest people in Team Rhythm. These three must debut together in the same team. Their chemistry together is too strong. They already have eye-catching star charm. There are many people who are good at dancing, but the most important thing is not that everyone has star charm.
Rhythm's starting team really delivers. Very strong frontmen in JL, Steven and Juwon. Daisuke and Shuaibo are very charming and play their roles in the team very well. Too bad Hiroto didn't have a lot of cam time, he was a good addition to this team. Kudos to Chi-en for keeping up, but he needs to work on his expression and catch up to the rest of the team skills-wise because someone from SBS loves his face and he had more cam time than Juwon or Hiroto who are arguably stronger performers. They're already a strong team, but it would make them stronger if they added another vocalist. The bench team battles are always unknown, so the more points they can earn as the starting team, the better. Also, while I love seeing all the JL cam time, another vocalist would ease the pressure off him. Hoping someone like Sirin would be added to the group.
I would argue Chih En is a tad bit more skilled than Hiroto. If you watch Hiroto's solo fancam, his dancing isn't the best. Chih En is good at synchronizing his dancing with the rest of the team and his rapping isn't bad either. All he really needs is better facial expressions and confidence because he seems pretty awkward on screen.
Let's be honest. JL was a long time coming. Can't believe there haven't been any breakout Filipino idols in the kpop world, yet. Bruno Mars and Olivia Rodrigo already ruling the rest of the pop world.

I'm happy to see Daisuke with this group,he can pull off any genre and could easily blend with the energy of his hyungs, he proves that he's not just a cute boy,he did great too. I love Chih En voice and tone he's really effortlessly handsome,but he needs to improve his facial expressions that's the only thing he needs to work on it and have more confidence because he has an idol visual.i don't want that in the future he'll get hate for just being a visual because he's more than that. Although Hiroto got few line, i still like his deep rap voice and for JL STEVEN JUWON and SHUAIBO,gosh im speechless ❤
Can I be honest? The starting lineup is so perfect that it feels like they already debuted. The heat of this performance is really igniting! 🥵 Their chemistry and stability when performing is so insane that they keep on outdoing themselves every week! • JL, Steven, Chih En stood out the most to me on this performance • I feel bad for Hiroto, I wanted to see more from him and that 3 seconds of screen time was a bit disappointing. Team Rhythm's teamwork and synchronization is no joke. This team is stacked with strong players.. JL as the solid captain, all-rounder taking care of the hard parts of the song, together with Steven and Juwon, they really compliment each other.. while Daisuke, Chi En and Zhang Shuaibo were like spices of the team.. This team is hard to beat..

Don’t get me wrong but Chi-ehn is really weak and I think it would be really really great if Sirin will comeback on their team. Sirin is more charismatic and can help JL on vocals

@@wonderlynne1453 I've also thought about that, but I think that singing well is not a strong argument in this type of programs (unless you have quality main vocal) for the reason of possible playback or lypsync and as the first season lypsync was proven, it is not impossible to think that it is also done in UL.
JL and Steven are my standouts for this performance with Juwon in third place.... Hiroto, where are you? And Chih-En seemed to have the least amount of confidence in this group. Might be because it is new for him and Hiroto was barely shown so I can't compare them or his facial expression that has no facial expression. Again, JL is always amazing... This song seemed tailor made for Steven but JL really knows how to change it up and adapt. What stands out the most about JL that other contestants notice is how comfortable he looks... He looks like he is performing and not competing. And he is so stable with his vocals, dancing and now rapping... He is the contestant that you can really count on when you want to watch a great performance. I mean, the amount of replays and close ups this man gets during performances... I mean look at how fast that face changes at 1:16 from covering to uncovering his face. But the Rhythm team is lucky to have JL. He can literally cover whatever is missing... if they need a dancer, he can dance. if they need a rapper, he can rap. The vocalist is him and the stage presence and facial expressions. But if he's gone, who will take all of the positions he occupies? Also, even though, IMO, JL is the most well-roundedly skilled trainee, I doubt the show will let him be first place even if he does place first place... First Sophia from Katseye and then Elisia from Unis both being Filipinas and winning first place.... I feel like there will be behind-the-scenes to prevent another Filipino first place winner... But Korean companies should really start searching for talents in The Philippines..
Actually JL's management SB Town is a Korean company who first discover the now globally known PPOP Kings SB19. PLUUS, JL's group in the Philippines, though not as famous this time, but they're making waves and they have very nice songs. SB Town has girl and boy group too.
