It can be hard in this world that we live in to still have faith in human compassion at times, and I think I nearly lost my faith in that. Sadly I have stage 2 Cancer and times are dark. I recall the first time my husband and I watched this video when it came out, we were shocked by the ending.
We both let out gasps at the same time and said these exact words to each other, "How did they get that video of our daughter?!?!?!?"
Even after all these years, that still catches me by surprise......she's still our beautiful baby, all grown up with babies of her own.
Whenever I try to remember her as an infant, I have this clip to replay.
As for the men, they are so deep in their feelings for others, all across the globe.
I believe that's the way it should be.

Two things come through so clearly in these videos. Music is a universal language and these individuals are very empathetic loving people. I do love this channel so much. Seeing these folks and learning a bit about them is a blessing to me. I pray God blesses each of them and their loved ones. I know this is a limited view of these human beings but they always seem to have such pure hearts. I hope they're blessed and know their impact on others.

I was lucky to see Michael Jackson live during his Dangerous tour as a teenager in Germany.
The concert was great - and this was the final encore. It is such a powerful song, perfect to cap off a performance because it can hardly get better than that.
Still one of my favorite songs of his and one of my favorite songs overall. Phenomenal music and an important message that could truly change the world if everybody heeded it.

I believe it is worth noting that Michael Jackson did not write this song. It was written by Siedah Garrett, well, co-written actually.
Still, whatever can be said of him personally, Michael sang it as only he could and, with Quincy Jones, created such beauty, pain, and hope. I love this song so much.

Two observations. One at the 09:01 mark. The gentleman in brown, you can see his reaction of disbelief and disgust of how a soul was treated just because. The shaking of his head and hand reaction says it all. Also, the gentleman in blue...his reaction was genuine and one of fear and distraught at the 09:07 mark. It is as he has lived through it, or has heard the sound of the shots that were displayed in the video. These two reactions in the video I will remember every time I see this video. You can't duplicate reactions like that unless you have witnessed it first hand, or have gone through it. I do not know the history or background of these wise gentlemen...but you can see that they have been through some shit to express these words of wisdom. The song/video still holds water till this day. So many things have not changed, and it will take generations to change; for it has not progressed or changed in some 100 years or so. No peace, equality, or respect for one another's race, creed, or color. We can only hope for change in this millennia. So many strong images and stories that have been engraved in our history via this video, that we still look back and say, "Why?" The faces and reactions of these three gentleman show the trials and tribulations of what is still our world. Damn.

It's true that Gandhi was an evil human being that promoted racism in South Africa and fought against Black people having any rights and there are so many stories about him coming out the past few years showing his true self. We were taught that he was a saint but in reality, he wasn't. Same goes for Mother Teresa.

I would like to suggest that you may have them watch Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Had A Dream" speech. It was such an impactful speech taken place after a huge Civil Rights March in Washington D.C on August 28, 1963. Thank you for all your hard work on another great video. 😎👍

Michael Jackson appealed to many people of all ages. I grew up listening to him, the Jackson 5, and his sisters. This song was an inspiration to many people when it first was released and to this day. When the song first came out there was also a silent movement that continues to today; it called Acts or Random Kindness. You can do something good for someone and no one knows; maybe not even that person. I believe in being kind. We are not here to hurt each other but to be kind to one another. I enjoy your videos and I particularly enjoy the wisdom of Mr Rind.
