@@vaibhavjain2431 I booked it from Makemytrip. For date 8 and 10 September the price was just showing 599, so I booked it. I tried from their website too but the same dates where showing 799. For 3 people I booked round trip for only 4000 Rs. (adding a discount on MMT, it will offset the convenience charge)
They were shifting luggage while passengers while standing. I showed that but never spoke, we had to wait for around 10-15mins outside aircraft. Also, they had poor planning for luggage arrangements. You could see they were carrying luggage from inside of aircraft to cargo compartment. Thanks for understanding
It is because of weather the flight fare are affected and rescheduling is good because that means they are not taking passengers on a broken plane . Good safety standards

Travelled in flybig from kolkata to ghy, had a really worst experience, 2:00 pm boarding but reach ghy at night 10:00 pm on 15 dec, 22.
