    As a Russian, I can say that Filipino food is one of the best in the world.

      True bcoz its melting pot of different cuisine that Borrows so many influence from many cultures,its variety taste of Indian ,Malay,Arabic, Japanese, Chinese, American, and Spanish flavour..plus the indigenous flavours from different parts of regions in the Philippines..

    It's curious that even with big distance between both countries, some food are similar, or even almost the same in both such as the Leche flan (with condensed milk) chichron and lechon.

    "naipatikim na nya sa kanyang mga Amo" Mga AMO??? I don't want my employees to describe me as AMO. I found it offensive. Perhaps its time for us to depart from this subservient mentality. We are no longer serfs but professionals. Some of our countrymen work as housekeepers but just the same they work without compromising their dignity and self respect. Their employers pay them for the work well done, not for their unquestioning loyalty and obedience. For luck of terminology in Filipino, I prefer
    to be called EMPLOYER.
