I just found your Flosstube! I enjoyed it and look forward to many more! I'm not a knitter but my mother was, and it's only as I've reached senior citizen status myself that I've begun to appreciate all the work and talent she put into my endless supply of beautiful ski sweaters in the 60s and 70s. Long way around, but I was leading up to say, the stockings are gorgeous! I'm just hoping to learn to crochet one day. I've stopped and started several times because I just can't seem to get the hang of it! One day! Thank you again, and I look forward to your next Flosstube!

Such a cool idea to do a cross stitch family tree. So nice to see your knitting, which I enjoy as well. So true that charted designs are a good distraction. I have rheumatoid arthritis so can understand some of your health challenges. Crafting is such great therapy. 🙂
Hi! Your elephants are turning out great! That will be cherished for years to come. Love your fox. I have it but haven't started it yet. I like your grey fabric for it. You should finish the sweater for the new baby....beautiful pattern. Just love your green yarn cake...love your scrappy quilt on your chair...looks so comfy! Your craft room looks awesome! Happy stitching and knitting. You should give that snowman stocking to the new baby for first xmas. That would be cherished too!
The Parade of Elephants will be a wonderful baby announcement piece! I sympathize with you in getting rid of furniture. It can be time consuming finding a group or person to take things. By the time my parents passed away, we had a full house of our own things and our kids weren't ready to take anything. We stored a few things for them at our house and they are just recently in positions to take their stuff, so we can now start weeding out what we have left. Thanks for the video visit!
Another amazing flosstube, I am super glad you enjoyed the trip out to meet the stitching group, it sounds like it was worthwhile pushing past your comfort zone. I will be pushing past mine this year with a new experience -knitting! (my grandma passed last week and we found over 50 knitting needles so I have taken a few different sizes and markers etc and I will honour her memory by finally learning how to do some, it was always confusing to me) so I really enjoyed the last part of your video as much as the cross stitching, enjoy your new starts and I will be looking forward to the next update very much, x p.s I also loved seeing the little doggy in the mirrored cupboard, adorable,
