The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has set the timeline for 23 new highways, including a network of expressways and economic corridors, which will be ready by March 2025. Four expressways, including Delhi-Mumbai, Ahmedabad-Dholera and Amritsar-Jamnagar are scheduled for completion by March 2023. Nine more will be ready by March 2024.
A status report prepared by NHAI shows that nine other greenfield highways would be completed by March 2025. The combined length of these expressways is close to 7,800 km and would require investment of approximately Rs 3.3 lakh crore in the next five years.

Tunnels, bridges etc are being worked on in NE to connect it better to the mainland . All this is being done under the govts goal of One India . I see this time the development on connectivity is focused more on the southern states, good, now waiting for the NE states.

The awesome thing about this 23 Expressway is all are connected to each other going criss-cross! So let's say if I am travelling to Mysuru from Delhi, I can take Delhi -Mumbai expwy till Kota, then kota-indore expwy, indore-hyd expwy, hyd-Blr exp.... Till Bengaluru then take blr-mys exp already under construction till Mysuru....... So ya this will boost connectivity between major cities, ports and industrial towns hopefully the railway lines will get better routes between North and South as of now it just goes round and round, it takes too much time because of it.

As per my calculation , using real GDP growth rate, India's Nomianal GDP would be 4.5 Trillion USD by 2025. If the manufacturing sector booms in our country in next 4 years, our economy can even touch the 6 Trillion USD mark.

In sabhi states ke bhai behno ko congratulations...... hope ki in expressways ke aane se apke states aur bhi aage barhenge.....I am from north east India.... total 8 states.....Independence ke 74 years ke baad bhi yaha expressways to chodo 4 lane bhi nahi he....ab jab aplogon ke waha expressways bana rahe he humare yaha 4 lane ka kaam dhire dhire start ho raha he......is video ko bari ummid se dekha....kash ek expressway yaha bhi mil jaye....lekin nahi.....but still we are proud Indian....Happy independence day to all of us❤️❤️❤️
