1st 🥇, I live in Lox. Thought about Westlake, but I couldn’t deal with the HOA. I came from an HOA and it was horrifying. Plus I sit on over an acre and my dogs love it. According Florida State Statute, I could shoot in my backyard.

Yes it’s a great neighborhood. Not for everyone. Lox is great as well! Land space is amazing.
