I like high PH water because it doesn't hurt my stomach and it tastes better to me . My favorite high PH water is Icelandic water but Smart Water high PH is good. Regular water makes my stomach cramp, I have no idea why. But the high PH is just easier to drink more of.
Low PH water is good for ppl that have kidney problems like chronic kidney stones. Just FYI. I have that problem and since I switched to zero water I stopped passing stones and I was literally was passing one to two stones a month before hand. I’ve been drinking it for 8 years now and haven’t passed one or needed one kidney surgery since. That’s why it’s popular. I use zero water dispenser reservoirs for the fridge and use aluminum portable drinking cups so it doesn’t mess with the PH to travel with.

We did this! The more will known brands stayed pretty well too their alkaline, the off brands were still higher PH but not much over 7.
Also your body like.. rebalances it to keep the PH of your body right so it doesn't really matter XD
