It’s split into two pages, the left side you write on in the morning/throughout the day & the reflect side is what you finish writing in at night! The prompts ask about what happened during the day/how you felt/ what you did. Some stuff on the left side (meals I ate, how much water I drank) I’ll finish filling out at night too!
