Wave 0: Turn on auto skip
Wave 1: Do nothing
Wave 2: Do nothing
Wave 3: Place a lvl 0 Militant at the center of the crossroads
Wave 4: Do nothing
Wave 5: Place a lvl 0 Pyromancer in the intersection
Wave 6: Do nothing
Wave 7: Upgrade Pyro to lvl 1
Wave 8: Do nothing
Wave 9: Upgrade Pyro to lvl 2 and then upgrade Militant to lvl 1
Wave 10: Do nothing
Wave 11: Upgrade Militant to lvl 2
Wave 12: Do nothing
Wave 13: Do nothing
Wave 14: Do nothing
Wave 15: Upgrade Pyro to lvl 3 and then set Militant targeting to strongest
Wave 16: Place a lvl 1 Militant right next to the lvl 2 Militant
Wave 17: Upgrade the lvl 1 Militant to lvl 2 and set its targeting to strongest
Wave 18: Place a lvl 1 Militant above the second lvl 2 Militant and then set all the Militants targeting back to first
Wave 19: Upgrade the lvl 1 Militant to lvl 2
Wave 20: Set all Militant targeting to strongest and place a lvl 1 Militant above the first Militant
Wave 21: Set all Militant targeting back to strongest and upgrade the lvl 1 Militant to lvl 2, all Militants should be in a square formation and be lvl 2. Then place a lvl 0 Militant in the wedge between the bridge and the hole beneath the bridge.
Wave 22: Upgrade the lvl 0 Militant to lvl 2
Wave 23: Upgrade that Militant that you just upgraded to lvl 3
Wave 24: Place a lvl 1 Militant next to the Militant that you placed on wave 16
Wave 25 - 26: All the effort you just put was useless because now you have to sell everything you have and let yourself lose. Then you earn 37 gems for an 8-minute round and you can do it all over again until you have enough for a tower >:)
... or you can keep playing, but I wouldn't.

Wave 1-3:Skip Until you could place a lvl 0 militant
End of wave 5: Place a lvl 0 pyromancer
Wave 7: Upgrade pyromancer to lvl 1 and set it on Farthest
Wave 9: Upgrade pyromancer to lvl 2 and militant to lvl 1
Wave 11: Upgrade militant to lvl 2 and set to strongest
End of wave 14: Quickly Upgrade pyro to lvl 3 before leads could get past
End of wave 15: Place a second militant to the left side of the lvl 2 militant and Upgrade it to lvl 1
Wave 16: Set the second militant to Strongest And upgrade it to lvl 2
At the beginning of wave 18: Place a third militant below the second militant and Upgrade it to lvl 1
End of wave 18: Upgrade the third militant to lvl 2
Beginning of wave 20: Place a fourth militant to the side of the third militant and upgrade it to lvl 1, And set The third militant on First enemy to clear the 2 Lead bosses
Wave 21: Change all militants to First and Upgrade the fourth militant to lvl 2. When you have enough cash, Place a fifth militant below the third militant and quickly Upgrade it to lvl 2
Wave 23: Upgrade the fifth militant to lvl 3 to clear the hidden boss
Wave 24: Place a another militant at the left side of the second militant and Upgrade it to lvl 1
End: Sell everything at the end of wave 24 (Or if you killed the Balloons, lead, And Breakers)

If you get 37 every time you do this strategy, you would need to do this 34 times for Brawler, around 68 for Accelerator and around 122 times for Engineer. I did this with a calculator in google so please correct me if I was wrong.
Yea and with an average of 8 minutes a game it would take 272 minutes or around 4 and a half hours of gameplay

This is Basically a Suicide grinding Strat but the first Mega Slow doesn't kill you
It's about 3.6 gems per minute rn, i did calculations. Love it, best way to farm gems i found so far

You can now easily get more than that amount with the VIP Gamepass (Matchmaking solo and Map overdrive) to get back in a match faster. There is also the restart button that you can use once you die.

Just wanted to ask, why did u sell your towers instead of going as far as u can?
some waves give more then others and its faster to sell
You can also get Cowboy for money if you have it. Crook for dps mini for more dps electroshocker for both flying and lead plus it will be very usefull for lead balloons

This gives you 230/ph (gems). 6 hours to get brawler. Since accelator is 2,500 (gems). We have to add another 6 hours to get him. That makes 12. Now engineer, she is almost worth 2 accelators. So that'll be (suprisingly) 14,5 hours. (If my calculations are correct.)
Nvm it's 19,6 Hours.
this kinda of gem grinding has appeared a lot lately, with a similar premise being to die a little after the mega slow wave with 2 varying loadouts being militant and pyro shown here, or ace and pyro

Nah trust you usually dont get the money in time but it doesnt affect the strat. For example, your probably not getting enough miney to place the pyro, you really shouldnt worry since you will get the pyro after one more wave or even in the wave. Ive had times where i didn’t have enough money but i still got to wave 24-26 and got 30+ gems. Your alright bro, trust me.

Hey guys i did the math and its not 7000 per day, thats prob 24 hours but considering that you sleep 7-8 hours a day its about 4220 gems per day and 263 per hour

just did a few games of this, might just be one of the best gem grinding strats the game has ever seen
Edit: went from about 250 to 850 in a day from grinding on and off
A faster way is just to do some gem grinding strat, like Lucille or Panko Warfare
Fun fact: Considering that this strat gives you 37 gems, calculate the amount of times you have to do this, through my short but informative reasearch, you have to do this 122 times just to get enough for engineer, 68 for accel and 34 for brawler. Using 5ouls's record of 8 minutes and 7 seconds when ending the match, for engineer it'll take you roughly 16 hours and 50 minutes, for accel it'll take you 9 hours and 19 minutes, and for brawler you have to do this for 5 hours.
Im not taking into account the many times you have to take a break, or how much dependant your run will be on your speed to skip the round if you dont have VIP, kindly correct me in the comment threadif something is wrong.
Also you'll get alotta exp for doing this 25498 for engi, 14212 for accel, and 7106 for brawler.

Here's a strat doc even though its not needed.
Keep Skipping All Waves.
Step 1: Put a Militant on the middle.
Step 2: Put a Pyro on the corner. Set it to farthest and upgrade it to lvl 2.
Step 3: Upgrade Militant to lvl 2 and set it to *strongest* at wave 12 then set it to *first* again once all the balloons died.
Step 4: Upgrade the Pyro to lvl 3 and put 3 more lvl 2 Militants.
Step 5: Set ONE Militant to *strongest* at breakers wave and set it to *first* again once all breaker2 dies.
Step 6: Set 3 Militants to *strongest* at wave 19 til the Mega Slow dies and set it to *first* again.
Step 7: You can do anything you want, just reach wave 26 and sell all of your towers and done!
Step 3 and 5's targetting change are optional but it'll make the run slower if you dont do so!

I did the math, and this strat gets you about 273.51 gems an hour.
This equals to about 1,367.57 gems a day. (Assuming you grind nonstop for 5 hours and not counting loading time)

guys if you are expert and have g pyro and g soldier you can do this:
Maps: nether autumn crossroads wrecked battlefield
Note: YOU can skip EVERY wave if you wanna do faster
place 1 lvl 2 soldier on the middle of map
place 1 lvl 2 pyro at the corner around soldier
place 2 lvl 2 soldiers around first
after wave 14:
place lvl 2 pyro
spam lvl 2 soldiers around soldiers
wave 19 is rng:
you can kill slow boss or you can don't kill him
skip wave and place soldiers at the end to kill him (if he have more hp than base)
after wave 19:
spam lvl 2 soldiers around others
if you did all right you will pass wave 19
nothing wave 20-24
skip wave 24 and wave 25
you will die on wawe 26
+37 gems
8-11 mins
Its 300 thanks to the vip boost
60 (minutes in an hour) ÷ 8 (around the time it takes for one match to end) =7.5 (number of matches you do in one hour)
7.5 × 34(nr of gems) = 255 per hour
nice strategy. might use with shotgunner electroshocker and demoman
if you sell everthing in wave 25 end place a frezer, you can reach wave 27-28
The hardest part is getting into crossroads solo

You don't really need auto skip to do this Strat, just make sure to skip asap when u see the skip options
Commander nerf can be counteracted. I’ll give you proof right here, RIGHT NOW. Suppose a tower has 1 damage and 1 firerate. With the old 55% firerate buff, it would have a firerate of 0.45, which means dps of 2.22222. If you use mercenary base and commander, the tower would have damage 1.2 and firerate 0.5, because of 20% damage buff and only 50% firerate buff. This gives the tower a dps of 2.4. This means that if you use mercenary base, the tower is even stronger than the old 55% buff.
Ok but you could still do old commander buff + mercenary base dmg.
+ you don't need to give explanations, I believe a nerf on commander was needed, and it wasn't even that much of a nerf.
guys few you are not able to mirco miltants on wave 20 so make sure to get 2 freezers before wave 20 set the first one on strongest and 2nd on first
