If you want more power, reliably, I would go with one of the other cars you mentioned. Honestly, these cars just get more rare these days, enjoy driving it. If you go down the rabit hole of chasing power, next thing you blow the motor and lose the passion for it and just move on from it. Just my personal opinion, I own an 07 Hawkeye that's currently down, will fix it back up and decide to either keep it or move on. At this point I'm wanting a Corvette and If I want another car to have fun in and mess with I'll probably get a Honda EG or an Integra and just K20 swap it for a little car to take to a circuit track. Good luck with your decision.

I can't decide what to do.. the new car would be a 1SS 1LE track package Camaro or GR Supra but probably the Camaro. After being turbocharged for so long, I think I'd like an NA V8 and I definitely prefer the Camaro's interior over the Supra's.. or do I save money and get a GR86 and use the leftover money for mods and just enjoy beating on it, until the engine goes, then swap it with either an LS3 or a drop in a new FA 2.4 WRX engine for boost.... too many options, I need help.
I’ve drove tons of Camaros where I work at & im telling you just get something else. Unless you go all out for the ZL1 tbh!!!! My cobalt ss walks Camaros seriously not joking raced a 2022 2SS & beat him. I love the feel of the v8 but they just are big boats & you can’t see 💩 out the windows tbh. I’d go for the Supra if i was you.!!!!!!!!
Also was able to take at least a dozen home for the weekends they are nice but the weight factor doesn’t help!
I would probably just upgrade the fuel pump, injectors and turbo, I'm assuming its maybe already stage 2, I would shoot for mid-high 300s and call it good and enjoy it.
Build the STI, they don’t make them anymore so that’s a plus too. Unique
This evo vs subaru nonsense needs to end. It was the competition against each other in the 90s and early 2000s that built both great cars, that rivalry is over now it is just looking back on a pair of great champions. And I'm talking end at sti v6 and evo 6
out here in SC shiftfast performance (my choice tuner) has a wrx making 1030awhp or something close to that. i know they are trying to make more but i haven’t been in a while. pretty nuts for a subaru 😅
i’m going for a 500whp brz build, ordering soon 😁
Won’t be long till it blows up, that’s normal power for Evo’s and last so long
As someone with a broken Subaru sitting in his garage, I’m wondering how much money was dumped into this thing to reliably make 1000hp
Lol more than $5k i asume. So not diy.
Love the setup!!!
It didn't break because it's already broken. Just drivable.
I feel like my neighbors would hang me if I had this, but I'd be more than happy to take that risk :)
