We have to go into Dallas to enjoy real sushi at a place called Sushi Rock......Its also a father and son that are the chef's and they make incredible sushi. Best cold smoked Salmon you will ever have if anyone is ever in Dallas and wants excellent Chefs and even more spectacular sushi.........
I never appreciated the sushi master until now. It is ALOT of work to get everything cleaned and then to make the sushi to perfection. A LOT of ingredients that must be fresh at all times. Gangjang gejang is the ultimate in raw delicacy. We have a raw crab with sea salt, hot chili peppers and crushed kukui nut in Hawaii which is similar but the ganjang gejang is far more flavorful, succulent and mouthwatering. I'm surprised it took this long for someone to use it the way this chef does. On the other hand, Koreans already use rice as a vehicle for this dish. But combining it in this way? Bravo!

Julio Del Prado there is a lot of kanjang gejang delivery and restaurant, eg: in Siam there is one very famous called nice to meat you(Korean bbq but you can order the crab there) the famous delivery are Pongkaidoo you can search ปูไข่ดอง poo Kai dong, note that there are very different type of it thai style and Korean style

Even recently in 2015 Japan apologized to the victims and contributed $1 million yen to the victims. Not sure what korea is doing with all of those money Japan have been funding them.
