I too had TE and it has been one year since 75% of my hair fell out. (I had waist length curly hair). I ended up shaving my head and your videos really helped me get through. (I use rosemary oil because of your videos.). I have been on Nutrafol for 12 months and the growth is amazing, it really helped for sure.
Thank you for sharing. So happy you're using rosemary oil! It is everything to me lol I am very happy to hear nutrafol is serving you well. I hope the same for me. So far, so good!
me coming back to check if you have an update video about your hair! I was starting nursing school when i got covid and experience hair loss and your video popped up and you had recently uploaded. Since than i’ve been following you and having you in mind
Congratulations on your journey as a OBGYN 🙌🏾. When it comes to pots and pans I’d say look into cast-iron there’s some you can get from around 40-60 which is expensive but can’t complain because most are 100+. Bathing in bentonite clay is good for drawing out toxins etc. Taking Ashwaganda helps a lot with stress even when you feel you’re not stressed out you end up feeling more relaxed than usual.
Wow, what a fantastic achievement! If there's one thing the world needs it's skilled, compassionate FEMALE obs/gyns. It's a male-dominated job here in the Uk. I feel like you'll be one of the good ones. Hair looks nice. Happy travels.
Im still going through this and i can tell you right now your hair looks like its growing back!. The key is to act like you don't even have telogen effluvium anymore. It can't get worse it can only get better!. Its been a year for me and months since i noticed and ive noriced my hair looking thicker and fuller. Just be patient and keep up with what your dermatologist tells you
idk if you have a marshalls store near you, but i see many marshalls have Green Pan at their stores and its ceramic based pots that are healthier. so thats something you can check out. also dont use metal on your pots bc it will scratch the surface and leech chemicals into the food, so your logic is sound there. ive been dealing with TE for 3 years now. I just finally got some rosemary oil and this shampoo and conditioner called Routine so I'm hopeful that they will help. I also am using a derma roller to help with the stimulation of growth. thanks for sharing your journey with us. your hair looks great. congrats of your doctor journey.
Hey I think I have this and I’m pretty stressed out about it but I’m starting to try the rosemary water and I want to make it from scratch… can you update us on how your hair is doing this gives me hope I been dealing with shedding since February…
For deodorants, check out Nivea pure and natural 0 % aluminum : organic aloe vera. its 100% natural ! It doesn't leave a rash like the essential oil deodorants leave and its affordable :)
Hey so i have TE as well and now I'm nervous will it take 2 years for my hair to come back ? It's coming on a year and my hair is thin on sides and mid back of my hair still.
I'm sorry to hear... Mine lasted about two years. I would say try to change your mindset - focus on health and wellness, reduce stress, exercise. I described many of the things that I believe worked for me but at the end of the day, you need to give it time. The hair follicles need to get out of their telogen phase and that takes time. Sending you positive energy
