Diane, on Saturday I went to go see an acupuncturist for the first time. I woke up in the morning & I went barefoot walking, I make myself a calming latte. I set the intention for that day. I asked my guides to help me heal. The first few minutes after she put the needles in a started to tear out of nowhere. When she came in to check on me I told her what happened & she said it was normal then asked me how I found her/why I picked her. Before I could say much an overwhelming sensation came over me I cried the hardest I could in a very long time. It is hard to explain on here but within less than a second I felt all my trauma/childhood trauma come back to me all at once. It was literally in under a second & it was such an emotional experience i will forget. It was like a reset. I felt this warm energy in front of me near my throat and chest area. Like everyone was being pulled out. I felt like my guides were in the room and I had family there too. The universe gifted me with something beautiful. This is what will happen to use when we die. In our time & space we have not idea what this concept of life of what it’s like to experience things in less than a second. Our entire memories & how it’s all connected will come back to us & everything will make sense. This is God’s power. God controls everything. The university only wants to what is best for us.
In the past when I got acupuncture I hallucinate stuff but I can see how a pent-up emotion could be released. Acupuncture helots so much with total health! Before it my insides frlt dead. It got the energy moving! Turned out I had a ventral hernia n my colon was blocked. Lucky. I found the problem. Course that meant western medicine found the solution finally but acupuncture was better than an ER. People need to know their bodies!
I started jogging but I haven't been consistent with it. Thank you for always confirming that I'm on the right track and to keep at it and understand that good things are always happening for me ❤
The Capricorn Sun/Venus is in total Hermit. Even if I hang out i want to be alone. I'm conserving maybe harnessing my energy... so when it is time to step out I can move in purpose. Aries Moon/Rising... i got something that needs to get out and impart openly.
