I finally found the Cornbread Recipe I was looking for.

Ingredients used:
1 cup of flour = 120g = 237ml
11/2 cup of corn meal = 194g = 355ml
21/4 tsp of baking powder = 11.42g = 11.2ml
1/3 cup of sugar = 65g = 79ml
1/2 cup of butter = 113g
1/4 tsp of salt = 1.5g = 1.2ml
2 large eggs
2 tbsp of mayonnaise
11/4 cup of whole milk = 283g = 118ml
1 mini jalapeño pepper
1/2 of red sweet mini pepper
1/2 of orange sweet mini pepper
( seeds of all peppers out).

All the ingredients used were appropriate for the quantity of flour and cornmeal.
