Hiya! What device are you on? Might be best to reinstall the game to help Clear Cache and verify the game files. If you’re on android Clear Cache and then open, other people have had this issue and that’s how they resolved it. Hope this helps!! And you get to play! 😁👍

Currently not available for people in the UK for IOS 🥹 but I think you can with android from the link in description!
