Achari Masala
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp black seeds
¼ tsp Fenugreek seeds
1 tbsp chilli flakes
½ tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp paprika powder
2 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp chaat masala
1 tsp garam masala powder
Achari mutton
1 cup oil
2 onion
1 kg mutton
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1½ tsp salt
Achari masala
300grm curd
8-10 green chillies
2 tomatoes
½ lemon juice
some chopped coriander
water
