Achar Gosht Recipe Shadiyoon Wala With Home Made Achar Gosht Masala | Degi Achar Gosht Tahir Mehmood

Hello guys please note 1kg Achari Chicken recipe for home cooking.
Cumin seeds..1 tbl spn
Fennel seeds..half tbl spn
Dry coriander.. half tbl spn
Fenugreek seeds. half tbl spn
Nigella seeds. half tbl spn
Crushed to all five whole spices and add half tbl spn mustard seeds.(rai dana)
now add all powder spices.
red chilli powder..1 tbl spn
chilli flake... half tbl spn
tumeric .......half tbl spn
Garam masala powder.half tbl spn
Salt to taste.............?
and mix well............
now start your recipe
green chilli...5/6
and fill from achar gosht masala
Yougert...250g
water... 1 glass
cooking oil...125 ml or 2 tea cup
ginger garlic paste....2tbl spn
brown onin..... Primal fist or you can add 2 medium size fresh onion.
achar gosht masala
tomato.......3 medium size
citric acid(tatry) half tea spn
Now add a little water according to your need
And put green chilli stuffed with spices

Apki har receipe bari Mast banti hai, but aj is main Thori c garbar ye hui keh Dahi, Chicken and Tamatar ne itna paani chora keh water dry karte karte chicken resha resha ho gaya, jese Sometimes Daigi Gosht hota. Mujhe shayad water nai add karna chaye tha, but overall Taste was awesome. or Gravy b kafi yummy thi. it is easy way to make Achar gosht ... love u
