Iv decided to get into this same line of work up in Washington state since i do trash and recycle pickup at apartment complexs already for another company making this a natural transition for me . How do you factor up the price of these jobs? Find the approximate cubic yardage of things needing to be removed plus other issues that might come up?

Would like to hear how you set up the contract with the owners and how you got paid.
For sure man. We actually had a mortgage company reach out to us. I went out and personally bid it, plus 20% more than what I thought it would be in case of unforeseen issues or problems.
I put contingencies throughout the contract. I required a deposit before we started and Net 15 once the job was completed.
I got paid via Certified Check through the mail
