Stayed for a week two years ago, it was magical. Saw Doc Martin being filmed. Only problem was eating out in the evening as limited choice but our local was the one in the prog.
I went there in 1986 a beautiful place still is today Doc Martin filmed thee fisherman’s friend film 2020 and Doc Martin film 2010 a great place place to visit time and time again 😊

I would like to point out as one born in Cornwall and being Cornish that Cornwall is part of Great Britian and part of the UK but is not England. Liked the video

With all the mines closed, and fishing minimal, Cornwall relies on Agriculture AND TOURISM, big-time. Not sure when this was filmed, but obviously not peak season. There are times when the locals have their village to themselves. Although Cornish folk, are noted for their dislike of outsider's, who get the tag, 'Emmets' or 'Grockles' . Lacock village, in Wiltshire, is owned by the National Trust, and is the most often used location, for period Filming, and TV series, going back decades. There are no street evidence of modern life, anywhere. The locals who live in the Cottages, are often used as 'locals' in period filming etc. Many locals have experienced tourists, wondering into their homes, thinking it is all fake, and occupants, just actors. What fun.
