Sir u said ethers r very less soluble in h20 but ncert specifies that miscibility of ethers resembles with alcohol..means ethers can form good hydrogen bond with h20 as made by alcohol !!
So whats appropriate ?

Sir! Ethers can form Hydrogen bonding with water, because in ethers oxygen have lone pair electron ,through these lone pair it can form Hydrogen bond with water......Low molecular weight eyhers are soluble in water.....

Ether is not completely insoluble in water ...it is slightly soluble in water due to hydrogen bonding to a small extend
