That was amazing. I had no idea as to how many commands could be written into a spreadsheet. Thanks very much.

Great tutorial and really helpful, Would it be possible to have a dotted line between 2 functions kinda of a indirect reporting if you know what I mean? thanks

Unfortunately the Google Sheets organisational chart is pretty limited.
You make have to go back to a design approach using Google Slides or Google Drawing for more advanced flow charts. It's not as efficient to build, but it will get you what you want.

what if I need to add more details such as positive type, source of funds - is there a way to include that too? thanks a lot

You may need another tool. Charts isn't great for this.

Is there any way to have one person report to several people? I haven't found a workaround for this... It seems like many people can report to one manager, but one person is not allowed to report to more than one person... Thanks

Unfortunately, not with the Google Sheets chart. Your best bet here is to roll your own with Google Drawing and embed it into your sheet or use Google Slides.

How did you remove the Spreadsheet name and Sheet name? Both are showing when I publish. fantastic tutorial!

Hmm not too sure what you mean here, sorry. Are you publishing from the Chart menu or the spreadsheet?

@@yagisanatode I click on the 3 dots in Chart and then Publish chart.
When you published the link you managed to not show the name of the Spreadsheet and also not the name of the Sheet which is what I also wanted to do as well.
When I publish a link, it has the Spreadsheet name and Sheet name in top left corner.
When I embed into web page (which is what I’m wanting to do for this project) it shows Spreadsheet and Sheet name on top left, and on bottom left it has Sheet name again.
So curious to how you did this!? 👏🏼

@@BG-wo9xz In the example, I jsut displayed the image and in the first dropdown under the link tab, I deselected everything and selected interactive in the next dropdown.

Is there any way to give the same name/title to two different persons in the tree?

You would always need to add something to create a difference. An asterisk perhaps.

Our company is so big that most of it disappears and you cannot scroll to the right to see any more of it .. :(

For sure. Maybe split your image into departments if possible.
