Join me on Day 12 of our European tour as I embark on a thrilling ride from Immenstadt to Laufenburg. Despite another wet and cold start, the journey takes us through Austria, Switzerland, and back into Germany. Guided by my TomTom 550 Rider navigation, I encounter unexpected adventures, including a blocked road, a gravel path, and a temporary loss of signal. Avoiding motorways and tolls, I traverse flat green landscapes, hills, mountains, narrow lanes, and charming villages.

Morning lovely. It would go on train from Calais. I didn’t make it to Ypres but I’ll just have to make a special trip. I opted for ferry anyway so just sitting waiting too board. White cliffs of Dover here I come ❤
