I ended up scrubbing ink off of my hands like I was grating cheese but i FINALLY found the paper jam after watching this- THANK YOU

Have HPPrinter 8720 Office Jet Pro All in One. Paper is crushed & torn on inner floor of printer. These videos cover all paper jams except the one I am experiencing. Have followed
all HP support directions several times. Not one come close to identifying or offer solution to

Thank you very much! While printing both side, I just had a paper jam! And I had to print soemthing for the meeting in an hour! The video helped me to remove the jam from the rear side of the printer. Thank you again for uploading the video.

No offense but I've already read thousands of posts online about how most HP owners have false paper jam errors and have tried all these things. Some even resort to doing things like propping the front of the printer on door jams so its raised up better so the paper gets pulled in.
IN my case my card stock 95% of the time doesn't print. It doesn't pull the paper in. I've tried hundreds of methods online and nothing works. If there is some magical fix I'd like to know because no one seems to have one. We have used HP printers forever now and I may consider a different brand if this can't be fixed. And just in case, my cardstock is the right weight and what not.

To avoid paper jams and other feed issues, make sure you are using the correct size and type of cards when loading the input tray. Load card stock in Tray 1 only. Card stock is not compatible for use with the ADF for single- or double-sided printing. stock. @@HPSupport Already watched the video and it did not fix the problem. The printer is no longer taking up cardstock; yes, I cleaned the wheels thoroughly three times; still nothing. Now the ink is smearing on one corner of most documents; cleaned everything, still smearing. Since HP inks are ASTRONOMICALLY EXPENSIVE, I will probably just purchase a different brand with less expensive ink. I've used HP printers for 2o years, but it is time to switch because of the ridiculously high cost of HP ink.
I had a jam that required most of the paper to be removed from the back. Video worked great ! I only had a watch a little of the video to complete

+Obeng Ernest I did check the paper handling specification of the HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer and found that this printer does not support the A3 paper size. You can find the complete specification this printer through this link: hp.care/2tWuivd I hope I have answered your query.
