Despite the video's title, this was likely _not_ a heat-related incident, but just a "normal" fainting episode brought on by standing still for a long period. This is surprisingly common at weddings. There are many videos of this happening, and it even happened once at a wedding that I personally attended.
I saw some today from years ago with fast help. I am sure there are several with hesitant help though, maybe others are concerned do not exactly know what to do. No one has fainted in my presence, or have I ever fainted, but I imagine it is a difficult situation to watch in person.
Happened to me at funeral once. My grandads brother in law had just passed away and we were all having drinks together afterwards..I hadn’t slept greatly that night, I hadn’t eaten much and it was so warm that day, so I wasn’t feeling great, I was a bit dizzy, clammy, warm and I just didn’t feel too grand at all, and then Boom! Out I went, passed out in the middle of everything. My grandads brother was very good to me, he rushed over, rolled me onto my side, took my jacket off, then had someone bring him a brandy over. When I eventually came to my senses he gave me the brandy and kept bought all my drinks for the rest of the night. It still wasn’t worth passing out in front of everybody though
When I was a kid, I was an altar boy for many weddings. I can think of at least five of them where someone in the wedding party passed out. And once it was my friend Billy, who was the other altar boy. The groom and best man carried him out of the church!
Glad he turned out fine and others rushed to help. No child, no one period, should go through that, or animals for that matter and yes animals do faint.
When he bumped into the little boy when he fell, something like that happened to me but I was in an airport passed out and fell on top of my little brother and woke up to him crying
This same thing had happened to me at a baseball field in Cincinnati I was splashing water on my face then I take one step towards the wall and pass out next thing I know in in a wheel chair and being taken to the press conference room
i had the worst teacher in my school we were outside teacher were saying something to us it was very hot outside my teacher didn't let me take off my jacket and i feel bad for this kid

When you feel like you're going to faint, NEVER LOOK UP. Look down, take a couple of deep breaths, but never ever look up.

I am just surprised that no one, from the people in the audience to the members of the wedding party noticed his distress.
Their focus I imagine was on the bride and groom, and several did try to help him after he fainted.
