There are plenty of jobs pay better than shitty food delivery. Nowadays, the rates and order volumes have dropped across the board while petrol subsidies have not increased at all despite the gas hikes. No food delivery in singapore can operate without the riders paying for the 11k COE and motorcycles. Despite the record COE, the food delivery companies have spent nothing to cover the coe costs borne by the suckers. I wont go so far as to call this a modern day slavery but you get my point
