Hi Darren. Cracking video buddy well done on breaking the curse. Looks a lovely beach as well mate. Looking forward to the next one mucker. Take care and tight lines 👍
Cheers Shane. Yeah, it's a popular beach. Throws out some decent sea trout and Bass too now and again. A great Cod beach in the winter too. All the best buddy 👍
Another great video Darren glad you broke your curse I’m trying to plan a days fishing for next Tuesday as got day to myself becoming a headache where to go 😂
Good session on the flukes there Darren...Glad the curse is lifted..maybe dogs trying to tell you they had seen you fish before 😈Take care and be lucky..
Both cambois and sandy bay are my local beaches ...15 mins walk from my house . Fished them since I was 14 yrs old (52 now lol) ...always a great chance of flats in the spring and summer ...plenty codling during the winter and had some tremendous bass fishing when Blyth power station was there. Along next to where the rocks start at sandy bay is a good mark when there's been a bit sea on. And also the mouth/estuary of the wansbeck .great vid again !!
enjoyed the video ,👍its a beach I like to fish , and your curse has been lifted, as said the only problem can be the the dogs pissing on ya box and the owners just dont give a flying f...
Talking about your shoulder years ago I used to use a fixed spool reel and if I fished for hours like sessions on tynemouth pier that lasted from 8 in the evening till 6 in the morning in the 1980's when it was cold my shoulder and back used to ache big time so I switched to a multiplier with this reel been on my chest the pain wasn't as bad just a thought
Unfortunately it's a worn disc Richard. Years of playing Drums and humping drum kits, sound systems, etc. I'll survive, my fishing will not be thwarted . I hope you're getting out.
Hi Phil, thank you for watching. Yes, when there is any depth of water the waves don't break, they "roll" . Like a swell. When there is a hole or gulley, the water will look darker as ira deeper. The shallow banks either side will generally be shallow which causes the roll to break. Have a look at beach craft vids on TH-cam. Hope that helps.
nice video bud, I was out flattie bashing the other day and your right about dog walkers, why when there is miles of beach do they throw the bay directly at your tripod, anyway keep up the great videos mate mate😊

Hi, great videos. Is it a lack of breaking waves that indicate where the holes are?
