@ms1b1 Each Abir training class includes at least 45 minutes of full contact drills and fighting in protective gear so your comment is really way off. You should comment on what you know about. What you see in this clip on TV is a superficial overview designed to make a very general statement -that this system exists. This system includes health and medicinal aspects as well as dance, weapons training, biomechanic studies and full contact.where practically anything goes. Watch all the clips.

there's no problem with him training people - there's a problem of lying that it's ancient hebrew technique while it's a clear mix of existing martial arts like win chun, kung fu, jiu jitsu, krav maga and others. about the efficiency - i'd be happy to see the real fight between abir and muay thai for example or abir vs classic boxing..
