I love seeing EV conversions. Mixing the old with the new is something I definitely want to do. I would love to convert a 80s Mercedes 560SEC or a BMW E24 635csi.
Aem is doing a 05 mustang conversion with the new eluminator. Charge cars has their insane 1967 ev mustang. There's the old classic zombie ev mustang fastback from bloodshot motors. Someone else on here is also building an awd dual small tesla drive unit 1965 ev mustang. It was at Holley high voltage last year. 🤔
Yay Plymouth satellite!! Hi Kevin 👋🏻 Yay the tez was there too, hi Bob 👋🏻 And Nigel e bike 👏🏻33:04 omg where was I at this one... Haha on a road trip, on my channel 🔌🚗😉
This is what I'm talking about. Convert don't buy new. They may not sound like they used too. They can push you back in the seat. Check out Zombie 222 or The White Zombie
this is really cool. But, Electro-Lite the one right next to this one. Is probably my favorite Tesla Swap Ever made. Its just so Clean. Looks like it came from the Factory like that.
The 65 mustang and other examples of an electric conversion are done in the most in efficient way possible. connecting an electric motor to the input shaft of a transmission driveshaft and rear end create so much drag on the motor and the range will be horrible. Kind of a lazy way to do what we were doing a conversion if you ask me…
Wow I watched a video where a 65 mustang was Honda swapped and they were met with shouts and anger. Now you've got a guy with an EV Mustang and everyone is ok with this? Modifying it to anything but stock is painful for a purest.
Not a fan. First they want to jam electric cars down our throats and now ruin all the beautiful classics by butchering them up to make into evs.....not a fan !

Check out our friends at Out of Spec Renew! They are covering lots of conversion! www.youtube.com/@OutofSpecRenew
LIV - I appreciate you and Patrick so much!
I was literally just talking about putting an EV drivetrain in a 65 Mustang. I would love one with the Mach-E GT interior and dual illuminator motors!
Oh my gosh please do it!! 💙 - Liv

Great interviews, thanks for covering this event.
Love the conversions. I had a 68 Camaro when I turned 18 in 1982 it would be cool to have. My grandpa dad had a 64 mustang the year I was born
Great video! Love seeing the conversions. Thanks for sharing.
Aren’t they so fun? I love that it opens up the option for revitalizing classics. I hope the cost to do these comes down though! - Liv
Great video! Really makes me regret that I wasn't in town to be able to go to this awesome event!
I personally don’t like these new EVs but the old conversions are golden ideas
Really cool to see a ICE Mustang to EV conversion!
Mustang EV Convertion I own this 1966 back in 1980 now I won a 2014 Nissan Leaf in a 2020 Nissan Leaf And I love both of them🎉❤👍😎

Nice. I had once seen an "electro-hair" - an electric Corsair. I was thinking of this myself.

That VW Type 3 Fastback looked super cool. Would like to see more of it and get some details on it. Do you know if they are on social media?
I'll see if I can find their details.
Here's the guy that did the VW conversion: th-cam.com/users/UglysEVs
