The very first time we tried, we invested $1000 and after a week, we received 4500. That really helped us a lot to pay up our bills.

That 3rd house was incredible, but I really am curious as to why they had 6 parking spots when they could have tripled the space of the front fenced outdoor space by eating half the parking to push the fence out further. I think it would have enhanced the possibilities (i.e. room for grilling outside with friends over) if they had opened up that space a bit more.

Those low doorways are a bit of a Nuisance for Viewings, you have to keep remembering to duck. Might as well come prepared with head protection. Awesome Videos as always by Shu!

I love the smaller houses like the first two that have a variety of different rooms.

I like the 2nd house because of the placement of the front door. It's closer to the driveway.

It’s a beautiful day of departure from run-down houses and homes left with belongings.
House number 3 obviously stands tall among all.

First house though I'm not a fan of the exterior style. The renovations are nice enough. I agree with taking down the wall to create a larger room. It looks like you were standing underneath a ladder to the attic. I wonder what it looks like.
The expensive house was stylish looking but a huge waste of the exterior space. Concrete and gravel... zero style. Second floor halls looked narrow for some reason. It's hard to tell how many tatami each room was because of the wide angle on your video. The house is on a busy road. It seems to be located near services but very inconvenient to people without a car. I wonder what that home would cost if it was built now on the same lot.

Price seems steep on the 3rd house. I know living on the Main Street. Has its pros . But I’m not a fan of that. And seems like a lot of traffic noise in the house. The other 2 I liked. But the first one is the better of the 2. Nice to be by the ocean. I just love the countryside. That’s more my speed😊

That third house looked like it used its space really inefficiently, especially for that price line. First two houses used their space much better.

Also that space between that first floor bathroom could be made into a Sauna

    • @LevisH21

      I have to disagree.
there is so much land with that 3rd house but the location is bad.
the land could have been made into a green garden. instead everything is concrete.
and the house is directly located on the main driveway street.
lots of car noise. can't enjoy a morning coffee on the balcony in peace at all.
and yeah, the price is also huge. not worth it.

    • @YamamotoTran
      @YamamotoTran วันที่ผ่านมา

@ u said it correctly. It’s not an ideal house as you said but for me, it’s spacious and livable, though there are still many aspects of this house could improve with that land size.

did the first two houses set up the balcony where you could hang your clothes and still see the ocean? Or are those supposed to have poles going across?

    G'day shu from Australia
What would the ongoing costs involved in owning ( the first house ) like government charges, taxes , rates, etc. obviously water and electricity would be on usage ,does this area charge for these services to be connected ( on going ) and then plus usage

Third house is too expensive. And way too close to a busy main road. For 30-35 million yen, you can buy a nice property in somewhere like Hayama in Kanagawa-Ken. Near a much nicer beach and closer to Yokohama and Tokyo.

Just places to live, and own, if you don't want to rent. Houses in Japan are pretty "cookie-cutter," and void of flair/sensibility. Who builds a second floor balcony off a bedroom that requires stepping over a 60 cm. sill to access? People who don't care.
