Informative presentation, thank you. I just received this item from Gossamer Gear order and was seeking information as to how install with the Velcro strap attachments, well done video.

Thanks so much. I absolutely love this pocket. It's a permanent fixture on my pack since I got it. Recently used it on my backpacking trip around Mt. Hood and no problems at all. Happy hiking!

What the the back of the velcro material made of? Is it rough? Or soft? Can imagine if it's rough then it can eventually wear a hole in your clothing

Good questions. I get what you're saying. The material on the back of the velcro straps are soft. It's feels like a soft carpet. No chance whatsoever that it will put a hole in any of your shirts.

Why do some reviewers speak... like...a...robot...to....describe...the...things...they...need...to...review...
It's not a big deal, but after a while becomes extremely annoying. Just speak normally - makes it so much easier to listen to. Just my opinion and this isn't the only channel where I've noticed it.

Appreciate the feedback. I'm trying to speak slow and clear. Maybe a bit too much. But I can definitely see your point. Some are more natural speakers in front of the camera than others and that is something I'm working on it. I hope the review was at least informative and helpful for you.

@PacificNWHiker, I don't mean to be harsh, it's just something I've been noticing recently in reviews on a number of different sites. Pack Hacker does it all the time and frankly it drives me crazy. My background is in communications so it's probably something I'm much more picky about than most. I just find that normal, clear speech (yes, slightly slower than normal speed - but still "normal" emphasis) is much more natural and easy to listen to. The "robotic" approach seems to really start to emphasise "THE" or "A" and it's just so obviously artificial that it diminishes the authenticity of the review. Anyway, hope you take this as constructive feedback. Cheers.
