Thanks for the golden nuggets. Instead of doing the llc route (which is expensive three months after signing up 800), I'm getting my dba/fbn through my local county for only 35 dollars. One more week of publication of my business name, then I'll be able to get my EIN, resale permit, business license through my city hall then open up a business bank account. Cheapest way rather than getting an llc at the beginning. After making good profit, thats when I'll upgrade my fbn/dba to an LLC
I've really been enjoying your videos! They are informative, factual, and very helpful. I was wondering if you could do a step-by-step of Amazon Wholesale FBA, start to finish? I am sure it would help a lot of us. Thanks
Definitely looks like this is proven too work for you man appreciate you on this videos you gave a lot of knowledge that people hold back I will be buying you course when I get the money asap you gave slot of good information on TH-cam for free so I imagine what you would give too your students for 2500$ is damn near priceless again appreciate you on the knowledge about getting suppliers this is what I was lacking on and now I feel I got a hold of it thanks too you I will implement it and let you know how it go ?
how can you make sure that the suppliers through this method of searching are the authorized distributors whos invoices are accepted by Amazon for either ungating or when Amazon asks for invoices to prove authenticity?
You know you can open links in a new tab by holding ctrl when you left click... I find it weird when I see people right clicking and then selecting "open in new tab".
Hi Mike, Really appreciate the content you make and will keep following your content on my way to financial independence. My question was: how do I un-gate a category on amazon, for instance: If I get an invoice approved by amazon for a product in beauty and personal care, can I then list all other products in that category without providing invoices?
3 levels to approvals. Category, Subcategory, Brand. If you wanted to get Grocery category ungated, you could buy 10+ pieces of planters sunflower seeds from Target. That invoice will need to be submitted to both the Brand (approval) and the Category (approval). That will ungate Grocery & Planters (brand). You will encounter other brand level approvals in the grocery category after, but won’t need grocery opened up again. Just more brand approvals.
I like your videos. I have one question. If I like to sale a brand product on Amazon. For example colgate. Do I need to first contact the colgate. Or I can find any wholesale supplier and buy from them and send the colgate to Amazon warehouse. Is Brand permission comes first?. Can you please explain this little bit. I'm looking forward to hearing from you 😊
Hello. Doesnt we have to buy products from the brand itself ? Do Amazon accept wholesalers receipt ? Can't brands ask Amazon to delete our list or maybe Amazon suspend us because we dont have a permission from the brand which says we are a agreed seller ?
In Delaware, being as there is no resell license. Do I put my EIN again? What if they ask for a copy of the sellers permit? Do I upload the irs paperwork?
Hey Mike, Nice job! What is the extension you're using that I see popping up under the product title description when you are looking at an Amazon listing? Is it a Keepa product? Thanks.
I've been doing wholesale for a while and I'm really struggling to find top- notch distributors. I've reached out to over 100 distributors and almost 200 brands. Most either tell me no or that they are not taking anymore clients. The majority of the distributors that I have gotten accounts with, they are not the best as far as products go. I know it's possible to find these really good distributors, I see it all over TH-cam. But I'm really struggling here. Any advice would be very much appreciated, thank you!
Hey Mike! Really enjoying your content. I am looking to get into this Amazon wholesale business. One thing I was wondering is should I have a separate website for the business to look more professional when trying to secure wholesale deals. And if so, what kind of content would I need on there for this type of business?
Yeah, you should have a personal website for doing wholesale business. If your brand sells grocery items, it is essential to list grocery products on your website. Otherwise, the brand may question how you can help them increase sales if you do not even sell products within their niche.
When sending into a prep center do I need to give them access to my seller account to have them prep and label? Can you do a video on how to send products into prep centers? How to find reputable ones?
Like the valuable content. Seems the successful arbitrage sellers are actually doing more wholesale than arbitrage. Spending hours to find deals can be discouraging, it’s a perpetual cycle. The only way to scale from arbitrage is going wholesale for sure.
For Amazon account.....OA and wholesale combo is better ....wholesale is lengthy procedure meanwhile you can go with the arbitrage products....to make your accounts running. I hope this information helps you.
I've done this, but maybe I've just been unlucky? I get approval, but when I take their pricing spreadsheets and plug numbers, the ROI's are abysmal on already ranked products.
All on negotiation. Ignore their pricing see what you need to spend or how much you need to buy to get the price point to 10% margin or high on your end.
Thank you for this video but I do have a question. Amazon doesn't accept invoices from every distributor so what if I do buy from a distributor like that & then end up not even selling it. How would you proceed when encountering such a situation?
May I please know if multiple sellers are using the same asin number, (only one listing of that product appears on the list). Whose product will be purchased?
Which has the buy box......it matters alot in your fba wholesale account.....the seller which has least price and is fba gets that. Hope this information helps you.
You mean a scanner that tells you if the product is restricted or not? I think there's no scanner that can do that, but you can check it in the amazon and using paid calc there's indicators there that will tell you whether a product is IP, restricted, and available to sell.
I have a quick question about ungating. I understand that an invoice is required for ungating which must Include the “name and address, matching the information in your selling account” as per the guidelines. My question is that our selling account has our Office address, which is used as the billing address with the suppliers on the invoice , but our shipping address is one of the 3 warehouses across the US. Is it okay for JUST the billing address on the invoice to match in seller account, or both billing and shipping must match the name and address on the seller account?
When finding a "Distributor/Supplier", I had a supplier that supplied a profitable product/brand. However, after purchasing and sending in, I found that the Brand didn't want resellers, basically, and I had to remove, and i'm stuck with this inventory. Does this mean the distributor/supplier/wholesaler was NOT an authorized distributor/supplier/wholesaler of that product, even though said Suppliers offered it? I'm not sure how to tell who is a legit Authorized Distributor/Supplier of Brands?
This means the brand listing is managed by the brand to prevent MAP violators or unauthorized resellers. Some brands have strict resale policy. It’s not the supplier, it’s the brand
Hello Mike! I have 2 questions. When you find the supplier and pick your product, does the supplier give you a ASIN for your product listing on Amazon? You have to go through selling a product already listed, can you explain that process?
Hey Madz, when you find a supplier they only provide UPC, EAN, MPIN to their pricelist. And yes, you should only sell the product that is already listed on amazon because you are just reselling the product. The importance of this is you can easily know what product is already selling.
Bro charges $4,000 to join his coaching program so he can fund his wholesale business. Then he will expect you to have an additional $4k for inventory. THIS is how you really scale a wholesale business. Just start a cashflowing coaching program and use your student's money to grow your business. Imagine charging more than the best internet marketers like Iman Ghadzi, Sam Ovens, Alex Becker, etc for a halfass set of videos and still getting bad results for your students lol
Just curious, how are distributors able to sell other companies products to you at bulk for resale? And what's the reason they don't have their own team of people sending in to FBA or reselling it themselves?
Hello, I just bought a bunch of a product and Amazon now has a limited time deal do I have to pay for the different or does Amazon do that for me. I never made the deal
Hello Mike ,When we directly contact the distributor without taking prior approval from the brand ,then is there any chance of getting IP complaints from the brand?
This not how it happens. If Distributors ain't prohabiting you from selling on amazon then brand will ask distributors to stop selling you most likely.

Awesome! You deserves 5 ⭐
how can you make sure that the suppliers through this method of searching are the authorized distributors whos invoices are accepted by Amazon for either ungating or when Amazon asks for invoices to prove authenticity?
Plz sir create a video on brand authenticity there are too much fake websites

When looking for wholesale info you can often find it in "FAQ"
Great video! Saw your interview with Warner, some good info 👍 what ROI and min $ do you try to target when scraping the product lists?
I go strictly off of %. Net profit margin and ROI. Typically 10% NET MARGIN +

Keep pushing, also don’t always take the first price sheet as the last price. Negotiate, speak on price discounts/volume discounts.

How do you sell on gated products? I ran across that issue before and found myself stuck.
When sending into a prep center do I need to give them access to my seller account to have them prep and label?

Not necessarily. you can send them FNSKU on your own.

Anyone have any experience with Medicare LLC?
Hi Mike! Do you ask for a price list to scan from your supplier to scan? I just noticed that most suppliers doesn't have a price list. Thank you.
yes we do ask supplier for price list if supplier does not have excel sheet so we analysis product manually
