J2 (The DB-23 @ 5:30) isn't a standard parallel cable, thats something else. I had originally gone on to do the math on the file size but that looks like some custom hardware. (Turns out its a 276mb file)

Yes and 22 hour for data retrieval? That is 1998 speed! 600 baud serial.
