  • This film is part 2 of my travelogue about my time in Vietnam.
Have you ever noticed that many of the labels in our clothing say “Made in Vietnam”? Well follow me on my shopping excursions starting in the markets in Da Nang and Hanoi, then off to the land of 100 tailors, Hoi An. We see everything from fast, cheap fashion to what it takes to get custom-made clothing. Is any of it worth it? Let me know after you watch this story.

I tell these stories because it’s my calling and I love what I do; and I started this TH-cam channel because I wanted more people to feel this work for free. So the content here will always be free.
But, you can imagine these films take a lot of time and money to produce. If you feel inspired to help the production of these stories, I would love for you to join as one of my Patrons.

Love the way you didn't negotiate the price and realized that the whole family were surviving with this business. You are the best 😍💖 almost cry when you said that.

This is honestly stupid. Haggling is a part of Vietnamese culture. It is expected everywhere you go. Prices are intentionally raised to account for it.
It's kind of like not tipping in the US because you personally think it's stupid. Same principle.
