You ever provided independent contractors to a company . . ? [example: house cleaning independent contractors ( where the worker get 60% of the job and the company gets 40%)] What would you charge for that? It’s per job not a set rate.
Hey Terry, if you look back I've done a few videos about the process but in bits and pieces because the whole entire process is a cluster of about 10 elements all together, but aside from that, I have plans upcoming to do some specific videos on posting job ads, talking to candidates, coaching candidates, interviewing candidates and closing them with the client to get them hired etc. Those things will be coming out for sure. This is definitely chess not checkers so I'm going to be adding more and more.
What happens if the person you place does not last the probation period of say ... three months (standard in Australia) but the company has already paid you because you billed them in the first two weeks, and also if you are unable to find someone else suitable to fill the role? Would you then have to pay all the money back? Thanks for the videos bro, much appreciated. 👍🏼
Hello you the person that video posted this video or someone that has reading the comments that anyone know any temp agencies that work in Tijuana I did not speak fluent Spanish but I have enough to know they say languages and stuff but I like to start a manufacturing contract or have hired people through a temp agency in Tijuana I'm not familiar with the area but if anyone knows any manufactory contract similar to ones in China and Tijuana or bronze know how to move the process from China to Tijuana please let me know
Hello Ben, I'm in the process of starting my staffing and recruiting agency. I would love to chat with you about some things. I appreciate you videos. They are very informative. Keep doing your thing.
These are HOT, they make good money and they're not easy to find, (good one's) which makes it an easy way to charge 18% or 20% on them and make some good dough.
@@BenNader example, tell me if im right.. As a temp agency , in NC, if my pipefitter is making $30, should i charge $54, a 80% Markup!!? Is that good? Considering, all te taxes i have to pay and the workers comp, plus, expenses, PPE, and office, etc!!! ???? Hope u answer!
If you do direct hire and that client pay you the flat salary fee and the client does not complete the year what happens after, do you have to pay money back or refill position?
You don’t generally offer strong guarantees or any guarantees with flat rate, and rule #1 of recruiting is we never do refunds we only replace up to 1 time max!
What if that client feel this is something they can do their self how can I rebuttal that to where going with a staffing agencies is better if they have never been with one ?
@@kaylasmith9459 you can educate them that they’ll be saving time and money by having you handle the recruiting for them (you need to learn to be an expert) in order to prove to them that you can find better candidates, faster than they can on their own. @@chrisbeckham9802 You most definitely can. You need to get on some lists and some certifications, it's a really solid space, if you can't get into the government contracting/staffing space to bid on contracts. Ben... so today companys are looking to get into a profit sharing model for a company or individual to do life cycle recruiting. I have been stumpped on this type of model because I think it takes risk off the table for the client and have not seen this type model before and is mind boogling to me. Have you seen this before or setup a model like this?
Hi Ben I'm trying to book a call with your team but I don't know why it is getting cancelled. I'm from India and I want to start staffing/recruitment company. Is it possible ? can i do business from here smoothly !!
Hey Ben when it comes to a recruiter getting paid for a direct hire placement, does the employer/client take the annual percentage fee out of the candidates annual salary... or does the client/ company just pay that percentage out to the recruiter without the candidate taking a financial lose🤔
Hey I'm looking for workers or contract workers and Tijuana understand Diego and looking for mostly in South California but really if you have any temp workers that are willing to work or house Artis live in Tijuana please let me know it is for manufacturing and need to be able to file or start an LLC to give them contract
Hey! Thanks for sharing this information. Just to understand you are processing payroll yourself? That’s CRAZY! I’ve been in HR/payroll for almost a decade and find that very intriguing!
Hey thanks for checking me out! So yea, I have contract workers that work "for me" but they work at warehouses and other places and I pay them, but the company pays me. I also have direct hires I make which just pay me a fee when I find them the right hire. It's incredibly common place and easy to do your own payroll this day and age, and about 1000+ systems to do it on, ADP, PAYCHEX, GUSTO, they're all software programs that connect to your own business bank account and run payroll to your w2 employees, pretty straightforward, so yup running payroll yourself is incredibly common/easy for a recruiting agency hiring contractors.
Ben Nader kudos to you! You’re doing a lot over there. Lol I’ve done payroll the last 6yrs in my previous 9-5 and I’ve never been a fan. I’ve used about 8 different platforms and it’s all the same for the most part. I’m not ready to go there yet, but if and when the time comes, I think that would be a great conversation to have.
There are platforms out there today that make it beyond easy. It's foolproof once it is all setup and you have employees in the system its just push button easy.

Yes, absolutely
