It's slow to me, but then I don't need to go through it as I already know it. I think it's maybe that you think too fast for this video ;) I guess the thing with teaching is, for some people it will be too slow, others too fast, others just right. Its hard to get a good balance. But thanks for the feedback.

I believe he made a mathematical error while doing hexadecimal, he said F was the 15th digit but its the 16th
F is the 16th digit in hexadecimal, but it has the value of 15
