I like these guys sparring both hard and safely. Good motivation to do it same way👍
Best way to do it honestly. Technical sparring with less ego and more precision. Best way to preserve mental health and their skillset.
One recommendation I have to improve the enjoyability of your content, would be to cut the music out. Other channels that focus on local gyms and make sparring videos don’t use music so you may feel it makes you seem unique; however, the overall enjoyment is lowered as it is harder to hear the ambience of the gyms which I believe to be the most important factor of the video.
Honestly I would prefer that there is no music playing over the video as I also enjoy the ambiance and the sound of sparring. But most of the gyms that I go to play copyrighted music which severely impacts the reach of the youtube video and sometimes gets it blocked. The music is a temporary solution but hopefully I can figure out how to get the gyms to stop playing music. Thank you for the support.
Not surprised I havent heard any new UFC guys from there. Maybe go to Thailand and get your technique better. That's what winners do. Not this bs. Dan Lambert should rip that banner off the wall

Also this is the amateur sparring not the pro sparring. There are some pros who are likely to make it to the UFC including bad man Findley but this class is mainly amateurs. I wouldnt be making such harsh statements when everyone in the session is just trying to get better.
