I just fought last Saturday 10/03/2020 And I won 1st round knockout.. I contribute my win to watching these sparring matches... I thought to myself "if these guys spar this hard, then I should have no fear of getting hit this hard" .. No lie, even the english hip hop beat ran through my head in that split second when I threw a body kick.. thank you guys so much for uploading this stuff!
