Mix dry first: almond flour and baking soda. Mix apart coconut oil and maple syrup or honey. Mix dry and liquids. Bake for 8 min, then cover with aluminum foil and bake for 4-6 min more. This way it will not burn and be too brown on the top. Let it cool for 5 min to be crunchy!

These are awesome! I have such a sweet tooth and I’m trying to cut back on sugar, so these were a great replacement! I added a tsp of vanilla but that’s it. The texture is perfect! I baked at 375 F for 8 minutes, then used aluminum foil on top for 4 minutes. Crisp on the outside and soft on the inside!! Definitely gonna be a new go-to recipe :) thank you 🥰😩😍

I also found that I didn't need to cover them with foil as they didn't brown too much and still cooked on the inside :)

My first try on this recipe was successful. 2nd, 3nd, and 4th try was unsuccessful. Then I realized I used coconut flour instead of almond flour by mistake after my almond flour ran out. Do not replace with coconut flour. 😂
