Hi Mark- Great straight razor shave; thank you! What a fabulous combination of soap, brush and razor. So much to like and enjoy here. Your restoration of the Wade & Butcher looks wonderful, as well. Have a restful weekend and be well. Sending best regards, as always, my friend!
Thank you, Mike. I seem to have the edge just right on this razor, and I hope I can replicate that, in future. Sorry about this late reply. Take care, mate. All the best.
Thats a great shave Mark, Omega is a very nice brush, the restoration of the wade and butcher is fabulous, such a nice razor! Have a good weekend! Best wishes Andy
Nice shave Mark! Great looking brushes! That was a crazy amount of lather for a 30 sec load! That must be why they say you could use one MDC soap everyday for a year and still have some leftover 😎👍 Have a good one! Steve
Super shave, Mark, with some excellent products. Coughing at inappropriate times is something I experience as well. I could never be a newsreader! Have a great weekend.
How do they never cough at an inappropriate moment! You've set me thinking there, David.😀 I'm a bit late with this reply. Sorry about that, mate. Take care.
I hope that cough clears up, my wife has had a dry one that won't go away. The V2 Evo sounds pretty good. MDC does provide quick & easy lather build from very little soap and nice scents. From ingredient list I see Salt is added so that must give the hardness & provide some preservative aspect. I shaved my sideburns completely off, I'm bald anyway and anticipate starting head shaving later year in our summer (your winter). Take care Mark👌😎👌
I hope so too 😀 it is so annoying. I hope your wife's cough gets better real soon. I didn't spot the added salt; I wonder what that does. Preservative and hardness is a good call. All the best, Lawrie👍
Lovely to see you again Mark. I have to tell you I've been concerned the last few weeks about this cough of yours, please do consider visiting your doctor won't you? That looks like a lovely brush and you've gotten a fantastic lather. Wish that soap wasn't limited edition. Did you buy the complete brush or did you have to glue the brush into the handle yourself?
Great shave!!! I just purchased a Charnley Forest stone for my razor. Can you give a brief history where they were mined and when (years they were mined)
@@FriendshipShaving it is still on the process of shipping, it is of the beautiful green variety. I shall tell you how it goes once I receive it! I am quite excited!

Absolutely. They do generate a lot of lather very quickly and it's such a hard soap that really, you are barely using any at all.
Great work on the W&B, brush worked well with the quality soap. Good luck with cough, lol.
Enjoy a great weekend Mark
Thanks Roy 👍 A bit late with this reply mate. Sorry about that.

Hello again! 😀 The brush came with the knot already installed from Omega. I think that the more it is used the better it will get.

Ooh, they have a very good name. How are you finding it?

To shave or to shave knot? Give it to me straight Mark. What be your answer?
To shave, Earl. Although, not as close as poor Yorik. I knew him Horatio, a fine fellow but that shave was too close!
