    You, sir, are my savior. I suffer from Depression, so I have a really hard time staying motivated when it comes to school. The second this turned on I was so determined to get my ridiculous amount of homework done, I worked on it for 2 hours straight and got SO much done!

    Your tones + daily meditation got me off Adderall after having been prescribed for 10+years. THANK YOU. Adderall focused my energy but dislocated my intelligence. Now, my critical and analytical processes are improving dramatically. I am learning healthier work habits. THANK YOU, KINDLY!!

      @@MindAmend does these tones heal the brain in some ways? both direct and indirect?

    • @MindAmend
      @MindAmend  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@Victorgreat4 The effects and benefits are mainly felt while you are listening and for a short while afterwards. So I wouldn’t really use the term heal because that suggests something more permanent. The tones can’t heal any damage or injury to the brain. There may be some longer term benefits after continued use, but so far, there hasn’t been enough research in that area to determine this either way.

    • @Victorgreat4
      @Victorgreat4 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@MindAmend So in a more indirect way since it creates a momentum kinda?

    • @MindAmend
      @MindAmend  3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@Victorgreat4 Yes, creating a positive momentum is a good way of looking at it. When you do something regularly that keeps giving you positive mental benefits, that will help build momentum in your overall wellbeing.

    I'm listening to this for cca 3 weeks and I feel like my mind is changing. It's feeling of reconnecting neurons, making new synaptics routes to solve anything with ease. No more anger in any situation, only calm :-) thank You so much, love You, love you all and everything as it was me.

    Your channel is absolutely incredible. I have ADHD myself and have been using your videos for the past 2 months; performance has been much better thanks to your work. This channel is the first channel I have found thus far that has audios that really help me focus; notably, beyond simply drowning out the noises that would distract me otherwise. Having said that, thank you very much for your work. Truly.

    Truly brilliant. I have listened the last years a lot to your Cognition Enhancer For Clearer and Faster Thinking when I needed more focus at work. There were years when I could work listening to a lot of music, including Goran Bregovic or Beatles or Mike Oldfield or other legends - including here Romanian rock or folk music - or even classical music like Mozart or Bach or Vivaldi, then I have discovered Avicii due to my pre-teenage daughter at that time and I was very productive listening to his music. And then a lot of things happened in my life - the adolescent years of my daughter were very tough, and we have lost Avicii - Tim Bergling :-( and I have found it very difficult to concentrate on whatever music. And now youtube proposed this sound and it seems the perfect mix for me. Also it seems that youtube knows me very well :)). Thank you, Jason!

    Do you recommend this for trying to understand complex concepts or something where you need to be focused and be able to think clearly to understand something you have no experience with? Does that make sense? I love listening but I am always wondering if I am listening to the correct track. Love isochronic tones only or with subtle, non-distracting music like this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    I listen to this every day and I am not sick of it! I am curious about what the vocals say, does anyone know?

      @@jinglegy Thank you. Now I am trying to find the minute and second mark where those vocals are. Do you know? I am really hoping I can hear what you say because I was hearing something way more depressing.

    This is amazing!! I have been coming back to this for the past few months and it's unreal how productive and focused I am listening to it. Thank you so much for making this!!
    I was curious, does TH-cam compression impact the efficacy of this type of audio? Ie. would a WAV/FLAC format be more effective?
