Use this track when working on advanced and complicated topics like coding/programming, mathematics, scientific formulas, financial analysis or any complex mental activity.
Isochronic tones produce a stronger and more powerful brainwave entrainment effect when compared to binaural beats or traditional music.
What is this?
This is a high-intensity audio brainwave entrainment session, using isochronic tones. Listen to this when you need a strong burst of intense focus to concentrate and study things like advanced mathematics, scientific formulas, financial analysis or any other complex mental activity.
How is this session constructed?
The session starts off beating at 10Hz and ramps up to the 18Hz range by the 6-minute mark. The isochronic tones frequency then randomly fluctuates between 17.5-18.5Hz to help prevent habituation. This stops you from getting too used to the same frequency when using the track regularly over time. Once the track gets to the final 5 minutes it ramps back down to 10Hz again. You can see an image showing how the session is constructed at the beginning of the video.
How to use it?
Listen to this track with your eyes open while doing the task/activity you want to focus on.
Headphones are NOT required
Although headphones are not required you may find they produce a more intense effect, because they help to block out distracting external sounds.
When to listen?
Because this track increases your beta brainwave activity, it's best to listen to this during the daytime and early evening. If you listen to this too close to bedtime, it might disrupt your sleep, in a similar way to how you might respond if you drank coffee just before going to bed.
How loud should the volume be?
The main thing to consider is that it should be loud enough to hear the repetitive isochronic tones, so you don't want it so quiet you can hardly hear them. But you also don't want it so loud that it's uncomfortable for you and hurts your ears, or gives you a headache. I'd recommend starting with the volume around halfway and adjusting it to a level that you feel comfortable with from there.

Your mixes are saving my life in the most literal sense. Can't begin to explain how you uniquely have the perfect mixes, without them I would be suffering. I'm sure many people here would agree. My fantasy is you open up an ADHD cafe where these mixes are playing in the background on good speakers and all of us come and work and you see how much everyone is getting things done because of you.
This is a fun idea. Yes, Jason deserves this praise!
Seriously would 100% go to that cafe. This music is helping with my ADHD.
Love it. Prefer the idea of everyone wearing headphones - coz, you know. But I imagine there would be no space - A cafe packed with silent sardines tapping away, and nowhere to put your coffee 😂😂 But that would be a nice problem to solve.
The possibilities are endless. Focus brand coffee, hoodies, sweatshirts and aromatherapy candles.
cheers gewddawi the only thing saving you in a literal sense is a doctor, music isn't gonna help u when your having a cardiac arrest
I agree with all of these comments. For someone that was just diagnosed with ADHD at 38, these isochronic tones are the only thing I have found that keep me focused on tedious tasks!
Currently at work - nights - was diagnosed with ADHD 2 years ago - these tunes have helped me focus to the point where I now have had 2 fully-sold out books published! Once I get some more revenue, there will be donations coming your way :)

The animal mixes are fabulously hip which ever one you choose. And they're not just for work either. Truly awesome stuff you produce Jason Lewis.... you're a talent that brings quality to many lives. Props out to you sir!!!
🙌🙌🙌🙌
Thanks Aris.
I have yet to find anyone else that can make music like this. It’s like ADHD medication but for my ears. Thank you! 🎧
Love seeing all the positivity in the comments. The music is fantastic and helps when studying and writing my papers. Cheers!!!
Much appreciated Eric. 😊
Turned on this mix at 605am, just looked up and it's 940. You got the magic Mr. Lewis! ❤ 7:21
How to win Mondays......Like this....I love this guy
Your mixes are good for everything under the sun. I clean the house, study, grade papers, and play them in my classes before class starts and during class. Andn sometimes, I just dance to them. Thank you for your work 💖💖
I’ve used this music to help my scatter brain and I’m sure undiagnosed ADHD in me. THANK YOU for getting me through this semester and now know what I can use to help me study and work on papers✨ Truly cannot thank you enough❣️
The Dubstep Bull Mix is still my favorite...but now there's a verrrry close second!! Thanks, Jason 💛
That one is a trip
Honey Badger and Robot Tiger are also amazing ones!
I still go back to the Bulldog mix sometimes cause it was the first one I found :)
@@NoxCattus Honey Badger and Bulldog - yep!
How do I find the dubstep one?
I have ADHD; been feeling too burnt out to paint (which I love doing), so I’ve been procrastinating… But today, I forced myself to sit and try painting again, found this video…. And within minutes, my brush started FLYING across the canvas & I was in my happy, creative place again!!! Thank you!!! ❤
Completed work while listening to this that I haven't been able to focus on in months. This mix locked me in. I'm so grateful, thanks for making these!
Thanks Andi, I'm pleased you found this so helpful. 😊
Damn these mixes are shockingly effective. I put it on 1.5 hours back and didn't even realize that I've worked through the full 1.5 hours! Wow. Thank you!!
I'm a math teacher and I like your animal mixes, but this one just has a great, faster tempo that goes with my pace. Love it! I always listen while I am planning my week. Thank you!
EMGERD I was so happy to see a new mix because I had a brain buster project at work today and this got me through and I was able to finish it.
Jason - I have struggled with focussing at work having ASD/ADHD. Your Animal Themed mixes have been a LIFE SAVER!!! Wish I could make this an iphone playlist somehow, with all the focus and complex task mixes. So grateful!
Thank you Jacqueline, I’m very happy you’ve found my mixes so helpful.
@@MindAmend Sloth is my favorite, but keep these kinds coming. I'm a drafting paralegal and magic happens with your animal mixes!
just rediscovered this channel... now I am confused as to how I possibly survived studying without it. thank you, Jason Lewis!!
Thanks, it’s good to have you back. 😊
studying to music is an excuse to be lazy, your brain does not function nearly as much when you have music playing
@@Chris_t0 In an ideal world, most people here probably would be studying in complete silence, without music. That’s how we are all taught to study in school. They come here because working in silence doesn’t always work for them.
We are all wired a little differently and it’s easy to forget or not appreciate that. What works the best for some of even most people, doesn’t work for everyone. When you find yourself in the majority group and the most common way of doing things, people outside of that group just seem illogical to you. They are just different.
For many people, music creates a form of silence and flow that works for them. Even though the same music will be distracting to others.
Silence for you can help bring clarity and help you focus much more intently. Silence for some other people can expose the many thoughts they have going on in their head and the distracting things they see in their environment, that you may never even notice.
Music and variations of white noise can reduce distractions and create a form of silence for many people. However, just like silence, studying with music doesn’t work for everyone.
Thank you, my employer owes you something 🤑
For real tho! Mine too😂
Ha! Same here.
Aardvark is GOATed
This is easily some of your best work yet. Thank you, I listen to this every day.
Thank you.
AGREED!
Love this one! Came back multiple times to play while working.
Your isochronic mixes are a total godsend, Jason! They have helped me zone in on a tonne of complex assignments including my engineering thesis dissertation and speech writing too. Before I found your channel, I struggled to stay focused on my work. Somebody ought to give you a knighthood because you are changing countless lives for the better. God bless you sir!
I have one idea. Could you maybe do a retro video game style mix - Still capturing the same nostalgia but with original tracks?
In addition, if you are looking for any suggestions for music to listen to, you might want to check out the music from the Hyperlight Drifter video game and also the old online Nitrome games - it's sick!
Thank you for the work that you do. I'm praying for the growth of your channel and am looking to donate once I start working
I have your mixes on constant rotation, they're a life saver. Thank you so much!
Thanks for your donation, that’s very much appreciated. 😊
Ahh a new Jason mix to cure the Monday Blues, love it!!
Brother, you deserve all the good things that come your way. Thank you for this. Aardvark is my favourite!
I really appreciate that, thank you. 😊
I just launched a new program and have invested well over 50 hours creating and launching it. I would lNOT have done nearly as well without listening to Mind Amend with my Bluetooth headband. Thank you Jason!!!!
I just started creating my own online program for my audience. It's so much fun listening to Jason's music while I create.
I love the detail of the aardvark! Not to mention the music itself!
It’s a cutie pie 🙃
Aiaardvark is staring into my soul, telling me to keep working... great track! :D thanks so much for putting these together! And a Monday release is awesome motivation. :)
Thanks Beth.
Thank you, Jason. I listen to your mixes everyday at work and help keep my brain on task. They are all great. I especially love the piano sections in the Aardvark mix. 🙂
Thank you for your donation and appreciation of my mixes. I’m pleased to hear that you especially like this one. 😊
But… but… I discovered my *newest* favorite track just this morning! I guess I’ll be working overtime to squeeze all these tracks in!! My boss thanks you Jason.
Thank you whenever I do homework this is helpful I watched for 5 days so far still thanks so much
I've listened to a bunch of your mixes. Aardvark is the most fun so far! It makes me groove in my seat.
Mr. Lewis, you have no idea what this has done for me in the past week. I'll repay you for this one day!
Something about your music always refocuses my brain on my studies. Thank you for getting me through some of my toughest moments of inattention and demotivation. Idk if I would've been able to do it without your music, you da best Jason!!
Thanks for your donation, I appreciate that. I'm pleased you've found my music helpful with your studies. 😊
@Jason Lewis- This morning, I saw the question about animal images on your videos (not sure where I saw it, tho): What if the animal started off big, in the middle - and then went smaller to the bottom or top on the side? Personally, I voted for the animal to stay, but I can certainly appreciate the view of those who like the background... what I suggested might be the best of both worlds!
Your playlists literally got me through graduate school....TWICE! I recommend them to my all clients and students. Keep up the fantastic work!!!
In grad school now and Jason Lewis's music has helped me tremendously. Cheers!
Just started college, so studying a lot. Definitely can say listening helps me lock in more.
Finally!! Been trying to focus more on writing daily and nothing has been able to get me in the zone like these mixes. I find the beats and tempo are the perfect compliment, the missing agreement to achieving peak "flow state". Amazing
cheers Rupert nans sat at the top of the stairs thinking she's the chaser
A new drop on a MONDAY?!?!?! Hat's off to you, to town I go!!!!!
Amazing!!!! This channel/music has become a part of my everyday routine lately :)
New subscriber here. Regardless of ADHD or not, your mixes have a great consistent energy to them for working/concentrating, this is what I've been looking for, thank you Sir, well done
I tried the Lofi live streams for years for studying but they sound too depressing. These house music have saved me as of late! It tunes out the little voice in my head, gets me boppin up and down in my seat, but allows to me to continue focusing without singing along and distracting myself! Thank you Jason!
Holy smokes...the opening is so powerful!
Protect this man at all costs! Jason, you are changing the world one track at a time; thank you for the difference you're making to all our lives.
Probably the most apt animal representation of the music so far! love it
I love all of your music, it helps me so much! The Panda is my favorite. I can't explain why, but my brain loves it!
Thank you, I’m very pleased to hear that. 😊
The panda is a great mix. One of my faves too
this has to be the best mix I have heard in a very long time...
This brilliant stuff for studying. Thanks a million. 😊😊😊
Absolutely killer mix. This got me through some periods of ADHD dificulty by helping me focus
Place is out of control cluttered and I typed in your name, yessss, a new one 🎉
Thank you so much :)
one of the best mixes. Insane productivity booster
You study music is 10000% THE BEST! It is the only study music on YT that actually keeps me focused.
Excellent ! This is right up there with the cat. It really helps me work on a mad boring assignment. Thank you!!!
I owe you a % of my focus and success today. Thanks - you are making lives better!
If anyone else is as easily distracted as I am try listening to this through over the ear headphones with loop ear plugs in, this is my magic combo as I find listening to music quite distracting. The ear plugs help dampen things down a bit so I can focus whilst still experiencing the benefits of isochronic tones
This mix is definitely in the top 3 of yours!
Thank you.
This is awesome for working and productivity. Thanks for making this, keep doing it
I specifically liked the tone if you play it for example from 2:10
Thanks! I like most of your mixes, but the House ones are the best. I get so much tedious paperwork done thanks to you.
Thanks Kirsten, that’s very much appreciated. 😊
each of these animals is a great boost
I'm really enjoying this mix! It really does make it easier to get things done.
Beautiful! A great companion for all kinds of productivity! it's an accountability partner you never thought you needed! It's a complement against your slow thinking, it gives you inspiration to move fast, think fast, and have results now. Cheers as always!
Jason has embraced the world of AI graphics!
This is a good idea. Video game arcade soundtracks. Now I can work all day.
Thank you, Jason, great as always.
Yesss....Thanks a lot! I love your animal mixes :) They are very stimulating...
are you acoustic ?
I think this might be my absolute favorite!! Thank you. Helps me tremendously when I have to write papers or anything that is really complex . Love it!!
Best mixes ever! You’ve helped me through countless nights of work!
Thank you very much J! 😊
This was great! Jamming at my desk
Jason, easily your best yet. And that’s saying something.
Every time you upload, it's time to celebrate.
This one is my new favorite. Love it and love the new art. Badass!
Thanks George.
The AI animal covers are here!
Finally Jason can fulfill some of the crazy audience requests 🎉🎉🎉
That's exactly right. I'm sure I'm going to get some mad requests.

It actually works ❤

Thank you very much. Coffee, very gratefully received! 😊
Love this!!
Love house music, this is great!
Thank you Jason ! Your music is helping me get work done when I really need to get out of a mood and focus. I know some of these mixes by heart from listening for hours. It makes it easier to start and stick to these tedious jobs I could otherwise not motivate myself to do. Love from Canada.
Matching my energy in resonance with peace_ Thanks
This is the best one yet, I'd love another in the same vein ... just perfect
I love this one better. The others has human sounds which is total distraction. Excellent job on this AMAZING NEW MUSIC
Thanks!
Your mixes help me concentrate and get creative! Thank you!
Thank you very much Karen. 😊
DJ Aardvark - Always at the top of the list!
Haha! 🤩 Thanks, Jason! Husband thought it was hilarious that you made an aardvark one.😄
Thanks Janna. 😊
I've been listening to this everyday for 7 days.
Thank you for another great mix!
Very nice man. Monday morning at office and yet I still find myself swaying my head in rhythm to this.
Yup , thank you Im hooked, have it playing in the house and garage will be my new day long bgm
Have you ever contemplated combining upbeat electronic music mixes, or "high-energy chillout" (like a lot of Brazilian/Latin American downtempo tracks, which are laid-back, but still "danceable" if needs be) - have you ever contemplated producing your trademark "animal mixes", but with alpha or theta waves added instead of beta? I am unable to listen to anything slow and meant to be "relaxing" because my inner unrest just won't calm down... However, I have noticed that from time to time I can relax quite well while listening to your "animal" mixes in the background (the selection and arrangement of tracks really is genius, it's already quite relaxing in a way already - the mixes have never ever caused a state of overwhelm, which can easily happen with regular DJ sets, nor have I ever felt bored or annoyed, never perceived anything as bland or repetetive, never prematurely stopped listening - they're always helping with focus, are centering, uplift and prevent over-exertion at the same time, fostering a kind of calm alertness without making me strung out, etc...), but then I never slip into complete relaxation because my brain appears to be nudged back into a more beta-dominant state... Which means, wandering thoughts and rumination, in my case.... For a long time now I've been pondering what it might feel like to listen to the same mix, but with theta waves added, or alpha waves, or whatever sonic alchemy you'd be inspired to concoct for us.... What do you think about this idea? Is there anything you'd deem worthwile pursuing? So the basic idea is relaxing isochronic beats mixed into electronic music with a basic 4-4 rhythm, and not much slower than 110 bpm, I guess.... For people like me who can't just unwind so fast and vibe to slower music...
Did Walter White famously listen to this while concocting his trademark special?
Who knows - but it massively helped me get my work done. So a big thank you for creating it :D
Amazing!!!!!!! For more music like this!
wow, this one goes hard! love it!
This is THE mix I needed today to crank through this set of architectural plans. THANK YOU!!!
I am deeply grateful to have found this it has helped me in so ways to help focus and concentrate on my work tasks throughout the day. Your talent is amazing in creating this.
Jason, this is one of my favorite mixes by you! ive listen to it dozens of times!
